Campbell Park

I have been living in these apartments for almost 2 years. The layout of the property is very nice and I really like the woodstove in our apartment.
It upsets me that they took out the dumpsters in the parking lots and put a big one across the street a block away. Now I literally have to drive my trash away instead of walking 20 feet from my apartment.
Management takes forever to use our rent checks so my roommate’s bank account got overdrawn. We had a pickle jar on our deck and got charged $ 50 for having «garbage» on our deck. Rent is due on the 4^th but my roommates get paid on the 10^th and they won’t accommodate us so we pay a late fee every month.
The pool is nice, but it’s always filled with loud children.
I’ve been woken up twice early in the morning by people breaking into each other’s cars, and smashing windows open.
Overall the best apartment I’ve lived in in Gresham, but still not the most fun place to live.
