When I called this establishment about getting my dog groomed, Candy quoted me $ 50 for our dog to be groomed. When I showed up, she was taken back by the size of our dog. I told her on the phone he was a giant schnauzer. Anyway, when I dropped the dog off, she NEVER told me there would be a price difference. I called her 4 hours after I dropped our dog off and she was very friendly, but again, never told me there was going to be a price change or that our dog was not wanting to get groomed. 6 ½ hours later I picked up our dog and she proceeded to tell me that the new price was going to be $ 95 ($ 45 more) and that her daughter ended up grooming him not her, and that he did not like to be groomed. I told her that he has been groomed since he was 5 months old and that I had never ever heard that from any groomer. As a matter of fact, our groomer says he’s awesome! She said that the groomers lying to us! I’m in the customer service industry… a hair dresser… when I quote someone a price, if its going to be more, I tell the before I do the service… not after! And I don’t justify the price increase by blaming the customer! An upfront approach would have been appreciated! I have never ever paid more than $ 60 for our giant to get groomed! Although he looked good, I feel like they ripped us off! Just be upfront with your prices BEFORE the service has been done!!!
