Started by a college student to fund flight school, now one of the nation’s leading sources specializing in VW TDIs. We provide a wide variety of parts for German cars and continue to expand.

Business Owner

Aaron started Bora Parts (now Cascade Auto Parts) back in 2004 to support himself through flight school. He has loved VW cars for a long time, and enjoys supporting the automotive community. Over the years, the business has grown from a garage to a warehouse in Gresham from which we serve local customers and ship parts all over the world.

Purchased set of new OEM VW wheels from Cascade Auto Parts and worked with Aaron. Paid on Tuesday and wheels arrived from Oregon to Los Angeles by Friday. Wheels arrived as described in brand new condition.

Super awesome guys and great customer service. I wish all companies would treat customers like Matt and his team.
I ordered a skid plate for my Audi and they shipped it out instantly and with only a three day transit to California I was a happy camper!
During the install I messed up a special rivet nut so I couldnt get on with the install — called Matt Monday morning and asked if they had a few extras laying around. A few minutes later Matt told me he would send me a pack for a small shipping fee. Thank you Matt! Appreciate the service!

These guys take customer service to a whole new level!
We have been buying parts to keep our 3 TDIs in top shape for some time now.
On a recent trip back from the east coast we had a breakdown in Detroit. The local guys were clueless as they only knew about Detroit diesels. We were stuck and had to check in to a hotel with the parts we needed to repair our beloved golf 4 – 7 days out.
We called and Matt helped us troubleshoot the problem and offered the correct solution while Aaron kept in constant contact with us as he tracked our package! He even texted us from a birthday party on Saturday! They saved us hundreds in hotel and car rental fees. And they saved our baby from ahem heavy handed Detroit big rig diesel mechanics with scary big non metric wrenches!

I have used Cascade (Bora Parts) for several years. Can’t say anything bad about Matt and Aaron. Orders (and returns) have always processed surprisingly fast. And I have been unhappy with not 1 product from them. Of the few VW suppliers, these guys shine through.

The business is hard to find, you should compensate with bigger signs, or at least have a bigger font, your font is tiny, and the colors don’t stand out. If you’re going to have a hard to find business, and save money on rent, don’t cheap out on the signage. Both signs are tiny, the one on the street and the one on the door, tiny fonts with colors that don’t stand out. I had a hell of a time finding you, had to circle the parking lot several times, looked right at your door, didn’t see anything. I consider myself very intelligent, can you imagine slow people trying to find you?
The gentleman I talked to was really nice and seemed knowledgeable and interested, he did not cut me short, although I had to repeat the year. The price was fair. I enjoyed talking to him other than the fact he told me to come in at closing.
I’ll give you guys another try because of the location.

I sourced some parts for my 2002 VW Beetle from Bora Parts and the processing/​shipping was quick and the communication very good. I would definitely use them again. Their prices were good too and can’t beat free shipping on orders over $ 100 at the time I bought.
