Fantastic box where you’ll find great people, fantastic equipment, and incredible coaches. I travel around many states in the West Coast testing different boxes and have found that the programming at CrossFit PDX is second to none. Whether you’re doing prescribed or scaling back to your skill level, you’re definitely in for a true workout where strength, technique, and functional movement is taught, not just suggested. Through determination, coaching, and camaraderie, any athlete who joins CrossFit PDX and is willing to work is sure to develop or enhance athletic ability.

I’ve been at CF-​PDX for a year now. I’m 37 yrs. old and I deal with chronic disease so I came in really weak and scared, but my body was falling apart so I had to do something.
In one year of CrossFit I’ve built more overall fitness than I ever gained in years as a runner/​cyclist/​swimmer — and that’s in spite of my age and poor health! I’ve got a long way to go, but I’m super excited about another year of CF!
The atmosphere at CF-​PDX is friendly and welcoming. The coaches take a lot of time to make sure you have what you need to succeed. They stress proper form and patience in skill development, but you still get an amazing workout. I love this place.

Always thought Crossfit was for «hard core» people, it’s not — it’s for EVERYONE! The coaches here scale it to work for everyone! Never have I been to a place that is so encouraging of others, this has been a HUGE blessing in my life. I have made so many new friends, and think I see a muscle growing on my arms :)

I am in my 7th month at CrossFit PDX. They are so much more than just another «box». Our coaches go to great lengths to insure that we are taught true and correct form. CrossFit PDX has been life changing for me in more ways then I ever imagined. We are all like family. We encourage each other, support each other and always welcome new people with open arms. I have visited 3 other «box’s» over the last year and not one of them could even compare to our box! Truely LOVE them!!! My biggest regret is not starting sooner!

It’s rare to find a gym /​workout program where the trainers emphasize proper form over everything. My progress over the last few months has been miraculous mainly because Dave, David, and Yoel refuse to let me push myself too quickly.
If you’re looking to get back in shape, regardless of age or current fitness level, this is the place for you. You’ll get more out of your few hours with the Crossfit PDX Crew than you could imagine.
