Established in 1980.
Filipelli Realty Group (FRG) was founded by Santino Filipelli. The realty group originated from it’s parent company Mal & Seitz Real Estate. Mr. Filipelli founded FRG with the vision of capturing his Italian Family heritage and combining it with his savvy business skills to help enrich the home buying/selling experience.
When witnessing the horrible reputation that most Real Estate Brokers had like that of a «Used Car Salesman», Santino wanted to create an atmosphere the client felt like family, and knew that the brokerage cared more about the relationship than the transaction.

Santino Filipelli grew up in a large Italian family. He is the oldest of seven. When not helping people fulfill their dreams of buying or selling, Santino enjoys spending time with family and friends.
He is a HUGE Portland Trail Blazers fan. Loves good coffee, sushi, and watching Shark Tank. Thinks Mark Cuban is a genius. Has a hard time finding a challenge in Chess. Loves to exercise and stay fit, but also loves ice cream. #thestruggleisreal. He also is a hashtag king. Has a Vlog Really easy going guy, but enjoys a challenge. Santino continually strives for success for himself, and for those around him.
