Stopped in today to «just look». After about 40 minutes we actually found the perfect living room set.
With no intention to buy, we left with a very nice and comfortable selection. Thanks to our salesman Tom Tosh making it so easy. No pressure yet informative. Very enjoyable shopping in this store.

Well we bought a couch less than a year ago and it is broken. There is no abnormal wear and tear and it has never been moved. My husband sat down and the arm separated from the main part of the couch. So I dug up the receipt and my husband went in to the store this morning to talk to someone and they just told him call the warehouse during the week nothing we can do for you here. I hope they make it right when we call on Monday.

Just bought an awesome new sofa, love seat, ottoman and chair! Our salesperson Lisa was Excellent! Super helpful and nice, Also very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy! We were able to complete our whole transaction while sitting on what will be our new love seat! I definitely recommend this store and Lisa!

When we purchased our living room set, I discovered the coffee table would completely block my wheelchair access. I called the office and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate me.
I know they do not allow free trials of furniture, so they had to make an exception for me.
9 months later (Sep 2015) we remembered the merchandise credit and asked if we could still use it. Again, they were extremely helpful. I think Caitlin was the customer service person
I recommend this store because their customer service is superb.
UPDATED: Again, I had the opportunity to enjoy interacting with customer service after I sent a PM through Unilocal.I was amazed when the owners immediately responded to me; and resolved my warranty concerns in a single business day! Not only were they efficient, they were friendly! And yes the furniture is pretty awesome too! I happily recommend this business!
UPDATED: After patronizing this company 14 months, my opinion of their products and customer satisfaction is 5!
We needed to make a warranty claim on our leather sofa and Gina resolved it without a hitch. On a Friday, Gina quickly responded to my Unilocal for help, and we had a new beautiful piece in our living room by Monday. GREAT job guys!

We were shopping for furniture and decided to come take a look at what the Furniture Connexion had to offer and compare prices. Lisa greeted us, she was very sweet and not pushy at all. We found a great deal on the furniture we were looking for and Tom helped facilitate our order. They were both so wonderful and pleasant to do business with. Come check them out.

Seems like an OK store. But be aware that they are always «closing» and their price tags have silly «why pay more?» prices on them. Imagine going to buy a car and seeing a sticker that says «Why pay $ 50,000» and under it «Current price $ 25,000». Yet this is exactly what these guys are doing. (To be fair most furniture stores use this trick).

We were looking for a furniture set for our family room. And decided to take a look here. They had a good selection and had some great deals.
The store was clean and easy to walk around and view all of the furniture being displayed. They had a good selection of sofas and love seats. The colors and styles were varied and economic in pricing.
Tom Tosh was the sales rep who helped us. He was friendly, informative and best of all gave us the time we needed to stroll around the store and see everything. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy, and had all of our questions answered.
We did ended up making the purchase here for a 3 piece set including; sofa, love seat and chair for a great price.
After checking in on Unilocal,I was given a 5% coupon which I was able to apply on our purchase. The delivery guys were on time and put everything together for us.

Okay, so I’m now happy with my purchase. Had an issue that required an upholstery guy to come out. After about a month of bugging them, the guy finally showed up and did an outstanding job fixing it and was very friendly and personable. The couch is now as it should be, and all is well. I will consider Furniture Connexion again for any future purchase. Thank you.

We looked at Micheals and Micheals discount store. Furniture Connexion had just as good as selection, if not more to choose from and we found more couches that felt comfortable. Their prices were just as resonable as the Micheals discount store and they has some even better deals! Most of their furniture has corner-​blocked wood framing, and solid sides (the sides of the couches are solid and soft, not just fabric stretched over the frame.) They also had the some furnitiure that offered no-​sag springs that are supposed to last 20 – 30 years! Kyle helped us and he was very non-​intrusive and not pushy. He let us walk around as much as we wanted without bugging us, and when we were ready he was very informative and was honest in how he handled the pricing. The delivery options were flexible; we are picking ours up from the warehouse for no charge, but delivery was only going to be $ 89. We are very happy with our choice and feel we got a fair deal.

Ok! The level of customer service was incredible I recommed asking for Tom Tosh! My wife and myself had been looking for just the right living room furnature for over six months with no luck. We worked with Tom and he was amazing he found a style and price that were both spot on and there was no pressure just solid customer service skills. The sofa/​loveseat set we bought at another furniture store about a year ago was no longer in stock. They were nice enough to direct us to Furniture Connexion who did have it. I went and saw it, and it was updated, but basically exactly the same as what we had, so we could complete our furniture set.
Not only that, but the newer design of the sofa is slightly deeper so it’s more comfortable to sit on, and the whole thing assembled in a slightly better way.
They had a lot of other furniture that was very tempting to browse through, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we need another piece of furniture we will definitely stop by again!

The assistant manager was great. Did not snoop or follow us around. Allowed us to browse at our leisure and gave comments when asked.
Offered us a discount at the end with out me even asking to negotiate the price. Overall, the best experience than all other furniture stores in Gresham.
Great prices for varying ranges of high end furniture that is made in the US.

Several months ago, I purchased a love seat and dining room set from Rob Schatz at the old Gresham location. As a former retail employee, I made it clear I did not want to hear a schmaltzy sales pitch. Rob was awesome. He hovered discreetly in the background & was very helpful when I had a question. I waited this long to post a review as I wanted to see how the furniture was holding up. It is excellent and the prices I paid were outstanding.
