DON’T!!! I went to the Geek Squad in Best Buy because my computer was acting a little slow. I was in a time crunch because I was headed to Hawaii for a visit. After I paid $$ for one year of service, they told me my hard drive was dying. I had them replace it. Then they were piling more they could charge me by saying they would load up data from my old hard drive onto my new hard drive. REALLY??? What wonderful service! For what would have taken them a couple of minutes with equipment they already had, they wanted to charge me $ 85.00. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for renting the spot I was standing on. The biggest«surprise» was about three weeks after I got to Hawaii, I fired up my laptop and sat aghast as the little balls rolled around and around going nowhere. Obviously my computer was not firing up. I managed to find a competent person to repair it because there are no Best Buys on the Big Island. SURPRISE!!! My computer needed a new hard drive less than two months after I paid $$ to have them replace it. My competent computer woman said that my failed hard drive was a cheap inferior product. Go back to Best Buy and do more business even though I’m still under contract? I don’t think so.
