Wow! I went in to the quick lane yesterday needing my headlight bulbs replaced. Not only was the customer service friendly and professional, but they were FAST! Even with a pretty full lobby, I was in & out in under 45 minutes, and for way less money than I expected!

For years, I’ve taken my vehicles to GF for oil changes (first one is free!), tire rotations, general inspections, and for the first time this summer, buying my first car. They are incredibly helpful and truly go the extra mile for every customer. Never a bad attitude or carelessness. All of the shop and Quicklane mechanics are very thorough and efficient. If you come in for service in the morning, you’ll be taken care of extra quick before the rushes. The Quicklane is also open late, till midnight! AND they service every make and model — you don’t have to own a Ford to get the Ford family treatment. For flexibility and customer service that can’t be beat, head to GF.

Today I am writing to share my experience in purchasing my new 2105 Taurus SHO.
As a previous owner of a 2013 Taurus, purchased from Gresham Ford, I was a very satisfied customer until my vehicle was stolen out of my driveway last month. It was an unsettling event to say the least, but the entire team at Gresham Ford turned it into a positive experience. The car was stolen on a Saturday night and by Monday morning I had a loaner car as I began the insurance claim. The insurance claim took about two weeks to process and during this time Preston Wills was able to identify a 2015 Taurus that met my needs.
Once the vehicle arrived at Gresham Ford, as I hadn’t seen it, to say I was thrilled is an understatement. The vehicle was absolutely beautiful! Glen Miller my sales professional was very helpful in going over all the features this stunning car offers.
During the financing and registration process I was offered a very fair extended warranty as this was a used vehicle. It was suggested to purchase this as this car has all of the latest technology and electronics the industry offers and I felt it was a wise investment.
I have been driving my Taurus for about three weeks now and every day just gets better. Thank you Gresham Ford for all of the great and positive experience.

We were making our way through Gresham Friday night late, and our RV had an engine problem. Our coach went from sounding like a well-​oiled machine to a one cylinder badly tuned Harley Davidson in one short stroke of a cylinder. I quickly found a place to pull over and investigate. I discovered what I believed to be an engine issue that was trip ending, and felt a deep sinking feeling in my heart. When I looked at the engine I saw a spark plug sitting on the top of the block with a stripped out hole in the block where it used to reside. I was certain that this was a game changer and I would have to terminate my holiday, pay an exorbitant towing fee and leave the RV somewhere for what would, no doubt, be a fee that I would be pained by for some time well into the future.
I called Ian and he was very empathetic to my plight and said if I could somehow get the RV over to your dealership that they would see what, if anything, they could do. I decided against the towing service and drove my RV to your location. Chugging along on the nine remaining cylinders through Gresham with my emergency flashers on for the six miles to your dealership at close to midnight was, well, interesting.
Here is the beginning of when I noticed the presence of Jesus was in the RV that night as well.
I limped my RV to your dealership which was only 6 minutes away from my breakdown location. Totally a coincidence? I think not. Next, Ian greeted me and my family and started the paperwork. The breakdown needed very little diagnostic endeavor when I handed him the spark plug from the #9 cylinder from my Triton V10 motor. Ian said that there was little they could do on Friday night at nearly midnight and we would likely be realistically looking at some time on Monday at the earliest for the probability of coach to be repaired. He offered to let us park the RV in your lot overnight and sleep in it, (he did attempt to get the nod of management prior, but apparently was unable to, so he acted in the best interests of the customer).
Finishing the paperwork he walked us over to a spot where we could park for the night when two of your mechanics approached him and started whispering together. What I heard next from Ian was something totally unexpected and quite honestly unheard of in today’s vacuous state of customer service. Apparently Brendan Beaver and «Rocky» had offered to Ian that they were willing to stay and do the repair. Mind you, this was by now around 12:30am on Saturday morning. When Ian made the offer I found myself in a state of disbelief and was dumbstruck.
I don’t know whether your staff walk with the Lord, (I suspect they do), but I do know that on this night their actions were indeed walking that walk, and by that, I do mean «IN DEED». We were offered a seat in your service waiting room, the TV was turned back on, our pets were made comfortable, and we began our wait for the repair to be completed.
It is now 8:00 am on Saturday morning. My RV is repaired, my family is rested and there is nothing to hold us up from continuing our vacation.
You are an extremely fortunate employer to find men of this character and caliber. They quite simply and one in a million and you have been able to attract and retain these people for quite some time. My highest compliments to you, your staff, and your dealership. There quite simply are no words to express my gratitude for the selfless acts each of your staff performed for us.
I am thankful, grateful, appreciative and glad to have found such an organization that goes well beyond anything called the «extra mile».

I love the service here, always alerts me and explain how my car is doing if it’s in a good or bad condition. They will be Always sending me great saving coupons and I love the fact that they are open late till midnight! For a oil change, they check everything for such a reasonable price! And it’s so close to home that it is very convenient!

I brought my 2012 truck in with 59,000 miles for an oil change and walked out of with a bill of 1010.00. Let me explain
We are volunteers in camp sites and travel a lot pulling a 35 foot trailer. Tires are important for safety. I knew the tires would probably be risky on our next move from Portland OR to central California and I was right. Lindsay told me I do have some limited life on them but not to tow.
She showed empathy when telling me I would have to buy new tires.
She took the time to print up 4 estimates with the specs on the tires. I choose the Good Wrangler, a good choice.
As a retired parts and service coordinator, I appreciated the professionalism of Lindsay and the team at Gresham Ford. I wish All service advisors were like Lindsay

Not surprised at all by all the GREAT REVIEWS. All the folks at Gresham Ford helped my wife and I out in such a special way. They are generous to the community they serve and take pride in being a part of it. Even if you’re not a Gresham Local, its worth the drive out to see them to give them a shot at earning your business. You wont be sorry!

We discovered the wonderful customer service at Gresham Ford a couple of years ago after we purchased a 350 Ford dually pick up truck from another local dealership. The dealership we bought the truck from was Gresham Dodge, and I won’t go into all the frustrations we had encountered with Gresham Dodge but I will just say I don’t recommend them. When engine light came on shortly after we purchased the vehicle we schedule an appointment with Gresham Dodge’s repair shop as we had purchased an extended warranty with a promise of a zero deductible if we bring our vehicle to Gresham Dodge for all repairs or services. We had taken time off work to take the truck down for our scheduled appointment at Gresham Dodge’s repair shop only to be turned away because it was a Ford. Which was weird, as I told them the make and model when I made the appointment with them, besides we were never told that when they sold us the warranty. I had taken time off work to get it there, so I was frustrated and not certain I could get in at another shop in such short notice.
We called Gresham Ford and explained the situation to them and they got us in on the same day! The repair shop at Gresham Ford was great, it turned out to be a very costly repair for our warranty company as the engine needed to be replaced. Gresham Ford’s wonderful service repair staff worked closely with us and the warranty company explaining their findings and what needed to happen. We have been using Gresham Ford for all of our oil changes, maintenance and repairs ever since. I have never purchased a vehicle from Gresham Ford but their sales staff have never been pushy when I have browsed their lot while waiting for our truck. I am thinking maybe they are just different from other dealerships and have a different philosophy. All I know is that they have always been great to us!

Thanks for the oil change and fixing the rattle noise. And I even paid 20 $ less than jiffy lube. Very nice service people also. Thanks again.

Our car buying experience today at Gresham Ford was by far the best I have ever experienced at a dealership. They have a great reputation, and today they proved why. We went in not entirely sure a deal would happen, but not only did it happen, they brought their A-​game to the table. AJ Baxter & Sam Rich are absolutely outstanding people to work with, and deserve recognition for a job done exceptionally well. Very pleasant, friendly and professional. They surpassed our expectations in every way, shape and form, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase and time spent there. We brought our car in to be detailed. Loved that we could bring it in lat on a Sunday evening and than could pick it up till midnight on Monday.
My wife is very picky about her car and this is the 2^nd time we have brought it here. When we pick it up she is happy and thus I am happy. They did it for a very fair price.

I came into the Quick Lane facility on 1÷15÷15 to get a lube and oil change on my F-​250. I had about an hour and a half to give before I had to be at an appointment that afternoon. Lindsay was running the customer service/​sign up desk. She greeted me warmly and asked what they could do for me. I explained my time frame and told her that if it was a problem I could come back in another day. She assured me that they could have my truck serviced and I would be out before 1:30. Well she was true to her word and in fact, I am typing this with time to spare for my appointment. The seating /​waiting area is very comfortable and my truck was serviced and left without any traces of grease oil stains etc. A very good experience at a fair cost.

Decided to try out Gresham Ford because I had such horrible service over at Damerow Ford in Beaverton. I am glad to say I will continue at Gresham Ford for all my Focus needs. I leave in Beaverton too so that is a lot to say since the drive takes me a good 40 – 50 minutes without traffic. I have taken my car to the service department 2 times for known focus issues and they have treated me with respect even though they were getting no money from me. While my car was there they called me every day to inform me where they were on the process and when they expected to be done. I hate going to car places but they make it bearable. I would recommend going here for any Ford needs.

Fast service for an oil change and being open until 12:00am is a plus during the week. However, if you are in a position, such as the cashier, that deals with people all day and are sick you should not come to work. The whole time we were there yesterday she sounded like she was hacking up a lung and when we went to pay there was no sign of cough drops, cough syrup, tea or anything else to fight a cold or quiet her cough. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I have had nothing but good luck and great service!
1) Sam is a fantastic sales person. He worked with me for nearly a month from the time my last car was in an accident and i didn’t know yet that it was totalled, then through the whole process of chosing a car once my little focus (which i bought from them in 2007) was officially put to pasture, to the ups and downs of getting the color i wanted (end of the model year and a popular color). He kept me informed every step of the way and getting to know him was a pleasure.
2) Preston and Jim were great in working diligently for negotiations in bringing in the car i wanted from another dealer and in perfect timing so i didnt have to pay for a rental car longer.
3) AJ is warm and friendly and works hard for customer satisfaction.
4) The service department is also wonderful, I had my focus worked on there along with older work vehicles (dodges and chevys) and have had things done right and at a very reasonable rate.
You couldn’t ask for a better team. And with all of the time i spent in the dealership, everyone was warm and welcoming and it felt like all bent over backwards to see that i was happy!
So now I have bought 2 cars from them and I would say that after dealing with other dealerships, GO TO GRESHAM FORD! worth the drive if you are not already in the area.

I needed three repairs done to my car. Went in, and was told up front that it was hard for them to estimate how long these repairs might take because they were somewhat uncommon and because there was three of them. They told me three hours.
I went and killed some time, then came back and sat to read one of my old favorites, Dune. 2 hrs and 50 minutes after arriving, they came out and told me my car was done. I was charged exactly what I was estimated, the car works, and it was finished promptly. I noted that he put a mark to the mechanic that there was a three hour time limit for him, which was nice.

I brought my car in to have a failing back seat latch attended to along with some seasonal maintenance done. Dell got me checked in and out in a very reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost for the work done.
Go back to Gresham Ford? Absolutely! :-)

Being the procrastinator that I am, I put off Unilocal reviews and oil changes. Today was my breaking point on the oil change. My husband always does them for me, but he is out of town, so I sucked it up.
I first called Sandy Ford and they told me nearly a week before they could fit me in. Really just on an oil change? Okay, so I call Gresham Ford and they tell me come on in, they aren’t busy. I drove out and sure enough they got me right in.
They did it in about 30 minutes and checked belts, battery, tires, hoses and fluid levels. If you are a first time customer you get half off the oil change mine was $ 16 today, which they didn’t tell me until the end. When I went to pay they sign you up for a free Advantage plan and it tracks your oil changes, which every 5^th one is free and it counts for all cars in your family. Then they put a $ 10 credit on it as well as giving you 5% back on it. So, that was great. He did tell me normally, Friday’s are slammed. So, I will keep that in mind.
