I’ve used Don twice now, and both times he was consistently friendly, courteous, and professional. This time he was also unflappable — my daughter’s car needed a tow, and as she was headed out of town I tried to set it up on her behalf. Mistake. It wasn’t at an actual address, so she sent me a Google maps pin. Second mistake. After driving around the area several times Don called me, and I finally got my daughter on the phone. She was able to speak to him directly and it turned out he was driving around looking in the wrong area. I felt so bad, as he had shoehorned us into his schedule that day. But Don laughed it off and said it happens.
People like Don make the world go around, and I feel so fortunate to know a towing company that I can trust with my family’s safety.

Wow ! I have had my Mercedes towed several times over the past year by other tow companies. Not one knew the proper way to tow my car until Don. A great attitude and just a nice guy. He was right on time and a couple dollars less than the other company I called. It is very obvious he cares about what he’s doing. What a great positive attitude when you are in a stressful situation. I will call him again.

Echoing the other reviews. Integrity Towing & Recovery did just what I needed! I needed my car towed, and Don came out to my house shortly after I called (between other appointments too!). He has great advice, very friendly, and even towed my bike. Very affordable too! I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and would use again in the future (if I needed another tow).

Don is a wonderful person, he came to help me get my daughters car out of thick blackberry bushes when she lost control of her car. We had another two company refuse to get her car out and my mom suggested I call Don off of her experience with him. He said he wasn’t sure if he could get it out given the difficult location and the size of his truck but that he would make the trip out and «not leave me stranded willingly». He called me when he was close he checked out the situation and went to work getting her car out, he got it out much faster than I expected too! He was so positive and friendly especially when he could see that I was bothered by the other two driver and the severity of what could have happened if her car would have gone a little but the other way.
Don really is the only tow driver I will ever call again, and I agree with the other review that states this is the man you would want your daughter or female friends/​family members to call, without question.
Don took care of billing the insurance company for us as well which was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond and I truely appreciated his willingness to help us out of a bad situation when other companies (that were sent by our insurance carriers Emergency Roadside Service) refused to so the job.

I have used this towing service several times & recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable tow truck & honest tow truck driver!

Don bailed me out like a champion. I called super early and he got back to me right away, and we scheduled a flatbed tow within a few hours. Wonderful guy! My car was fixed by my mechanic with expediency that would not have been possible without this tow. Integrity is the only tow company I would ever call. Ever.

Integrity Towing is as good as its name. The driver Don was a wonderful, friendly man whom it was a pleasure to do business with. He was recommended by my mechanic and arrived promptly when he said he would. He was professional, courteous, friendly, efficient, and handled with my sweet old little Beetle as carefully as if it were a BMW. I would highly recommend him and I am keeping his card in my wallet to call directly in case I need a tow again. And he took my AAA card!

I met Don this morning. He was referred to me by TVG Volvo, another Unilocal 5-​star business.
I was expecting the stereotypical tow truck bull dog driver. Instead, I got Don. He arrived exactly at the time agreed on. He introduced himself and we talked about the beautiful fall colors, house repairs, bicycles. He gently loaded my car, then my bicycle that I needed to get home from the shop. On route the bike shifted. He noticed, stopped, and set it right again.
Don is a great guy! I would love to have him as my next door neighbor. He is very attentive to detail and takes the time needed to do his work with great care.

In the world of towing there are saintly towing operators and devil towing operators. If you are getting your own car towed, you don’t want the devil. If some random stranger has your driveway blocked, maybe you think, like Faust, you want to make a deal with the devil, you are on your own there!
Integrity is the good type tow operator. Very polite and knowledgeable. I was recommended to them by my regular mechanic. They can safely tow those low ground clearance four wheel drive cars of delicate Teutonic engineering. The owner related towing a classic Jag that needs a special hookup eye that was missing. How many other drivers would even know that? They know all the special precautions needed to tow hybrids. But you don’t need an unusual car to want a customer service-​oriented tow operator!
They have multiple trucks, and are looking for high quality drivers that don’t swear at customers, good-​type operators. Until they find the right employees, their schedule means they may be busy. But you might prefer a good tow, rather than a tow by the bad type operators that have many trucks on the road repossessing cars or clearing parking lots.
They also directly bill some insurance companies if you have towing insurance. If you have AAA, you can also call direct. Not all AAA towers are that great.

I never have to do anything in regards to dealing with cars, I visit the gas station, and somebody else makes sure my oil and everything else are fine. I’ve jumped my car before and that is about it. So when my car wouldn’t start, even after a jump I was freaking out, I didn’t know what to do.
I found a shop to go to & started to feel better. Then I had to find a tow, I called about 5 different tow companies. Don at Integrity Towing was the one who made me feel the most comfortable on the phone, gave me a realistic time and cost quote, answering my questions before I could even ask. Luckily everybody else had long time quotes of up to over an hour and I needed to get it taken care of stat, Don took about 30 – 45 min to get to me.
I’m so glad that I ended up with integrity towing, Don let me wait in the truck (it was raining) while he got the car on the bed. He was so nice and friendly, he made me feel a lot better in the middle of a really stressful situation. If I ever need a tow again I will certainly choose Integrity Towing. You should definitely use them.

Whenever we need a tow, we call AAA but always say we only want Don to come out. He is the best towing operator in the area, and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Here’s just one example.
A couple of months ago my van made a terrible noise when I started it, so decided to have it towed to Cleveland Auto Repair (see my reviews of that business) and asked AAA to have Don come, and that I was willing to wait till he could make it.
Our driveway is very, very, long. One-​tenth of a mile, to be exact. And it has an 18% grade around a curve. To make things worse, although cars have no trouble turning around up here, it’s impossible for a tow truck with a flatbed on it. Don knows this but comes anyway.
Because I hadn’t anticipated not being able to start my van the previous day, I’d parked nose in next to the house like I usually do. And when Don saw it we talked about whether or not I could turn it around so that he could load it easier (because when he first came he didn’t know what the trouble was, just that I needed help). I was a little hesitant because of the noise. In the meantime, Don had to back his rig all the way down our driveway so that the flatbed part was in position. Which he did, without damaging trees or even going off the asphalt!
I decided to turn the car around to make it easier for Don; the noise was a concern, but I did it. Then here came Don, backing up the driveway. Yep. All the way up. Backwards. Remember? 18% grade? Sharp curve? But he did it!
He got my car loaded up, and off they went to the shop. All done smoothly and efficiently. Don is so friendly, so knowledgeable, and so efficient! Integrity Towing is definitely the right name for his company. I highly recommend him.
