This store OMG! I go in to get a laptop for myself, find one, and then when I try to find an associate there are none to be found so we go and have the cashier page someone. Drew helped us and when I asked for the laptop he told me it wasn’t in store they only had a floor model and a nearby store could drive the laptop to us. When we asked him to call them he said he would call in the morning rather than right then to let us know if the laptop could be delivered or not. So he tells us to call in the morning rather than calling us after he had found out whether or not they could deliver… horrible customer service making us work harder for your sale! You call me! After we call them in the morning we asked them if they had the laptop to bring to the store near us, we find out all they have is a floor model in the nearby store. The store we originally went to tells us they will sell us their floor model for 10% off which I’m pretty happy with and we tell them we will be there later in the day. When we arrive Kris is there and we ask him about the laptop and he tells us that we missed the person who could have delivered the laptop from the nearby store. This tells me no one communicates because we called in the morning and let them know of the situation that we would buy the floor model. When we say no we want the floor model that was told to be given to us at a 10% discount he told us well that’s the first I’m hearing of this. He goes all back and forth about wanting to sell it to us and then after we firmly planted our feet in the offer that was given to us he ungracefully said fine we will give it to you at that price. Now all I have to do is wait for them to uninstall the demo on the laptop which they say will be ready tomorrow. I call the next morning and guess what hasn’t been taken care of? The demo is still on and again it’s the first time someone is hearing of it. Tony luckily was the person who took my call this time and he at least gave me the satisfaction that he would start immediately and call me when it’s done which was nice. Again overall, this store can’t communicate worth shit, Drew is a horrible customer service representative. Tony and the 10% discount is the only reason they get one star. I’d go to a different store if I was you.

I went in there today and had a bad exchange them they’ve usually always been pretty good. I went in and the guy at the copy and print center wouldn’t look at me or address me I stayed for about 10 minutes. I didn’t realize he was helping a lady in front of them and she was looking around like Wednesdays going to be done. So ask the guy hey can I pick up my order. My order is an easy pick up order. The guy looked at me rudely and said as soon as I am done. So I looked at the orders on the counter and neither of them are mine I was going to take it and take it up to the desk to pay. I didn’t have much time to get to work so I just left and he stared me down the whole walk out. As if I did something terribly wrong vandalize their store. So I called his boss Vicky who didn’t seem to have a care in the world about it she said that they talked about it and that he was helping a lady in front of me however he never mentioned that when I was there. I don’t think that you should ever respond with an email to a loyal customer please take your business elsewhere. And his boss should definitely show more care when somebody calls in with a complaint. I’m all about protecting my workers but if there’s a misunderstanding in someone’s completely rude something should be done. I’ve spent 200 to 300 dollars of a copy and print center my business has probably done a few thousand in business over the years. I should be able to do business wherever I please. Especially when they’re normally really good at what they do.

I will never spend another dime here. I bought a desk on a Wednesday it was out of stock and they said they would deliver it to my house. I was home all day Friday except for an hour when I left for groceries, of course they came then and left a note they would try to deliver again on Monday between the hours of 0830 and 1900! I waited ALL day Monday and no one delivered. I wasted my entire day when it was 60 degrees and beautiful out and I had things to do waiting for a delivery that never came. I called customer service today and cancelled my order and asked for a refund as I will not waste any more of my time waiting. No one ever told me in the first place I needed to be home to sign for the desk and I was not given an option for store pick up. Very poor communication and customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same! Office Depot should be paying me for my time wasted!

I am reviewing the Printing Department. I use these services frequently with my real estate business and the staff are wonderful to work with. They are polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. I have gotten to know most of the individuals that handle the print jobs and I always look forward to interacting with them when I bring in a project. I would say the level of service and friendliness of everyone is rare in today’s retail business environment and I truly appreciate the quality of work they provide.

I work in an office for a small business in Gresham. I often have to go to Office Depot for a quick office supply run. The Manager, Dustin, is so used to seeing me he knows me by name and is always quick to help me. Every time I go into this store,(which is very often), every employee is more than helpful and pleasant. I LOVE this store!

It might just be the time of year with school supplies on sale, but I’ve gotten a lot of office supplies 40−50% off recently. Seems like they have a lot of variety & clearance. Several employees stopped and offered assistance. Very friendly staff & cashier.

It seems like whenever I go into any office supply place they are dead. This one hardly ever has people in it. I usually go in here for something random. I was just in here for some ink and found some great deals in the discount bin in the back of the store. They are quick to greet you at the door and are friendly enough. Some of them get a little overbearing asking if you need anything. Yeah, I see you there Mr. Office Depot, I will hunt YOU down when I need help, thank you very much. Because this location is close to Dollar Tree and Big Lots, I sometimes price compare between them. I have found that envelopes are better priced at Dollar Tree and some binder organizers that are identical to Office Depot can be found for nearly $ 5 less, if not more.
