I have been with V2 Properties for six years and two moves and they are amazing so professional on all levels. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and I like having the option to pay on line. If I have any questions Jason always returns my calls or text. Best service ever.

I usually never do this about a property management company, because there aren’t too many good ones that communicate like these guys. I’m pretty low maintenance but, I’ve never waited longer than a day to get a response from them. My garage door was acting up, and my faucet decided it wanted completely stop working… I emailed Jason at V2, and he came right out… He was able to fix the garage… and because the faucet was something a little more… He put in a work order right away and they were here and replaced faucet! Its not some old cheap lookin’ one either… Its actually nicer than the 1^st. I give credit when credit is due, and they (V2) are one of my top picks right now! Thank you Jason for your flexibility… oh wait, and they are all kind & understanding… Can you believe it?! Thanks again for your promptness & diligence, V2!

Absolutely the worst experience of my 15 years of being a renter in 4 separate states.
Incompetent, refuses maintanance, breaks lease agreement for their own personal financial gain.
Do not rent from these people,
You will regret it!

Wonderful Service… have been with them a year and no complaints. Air conditioning went out last summer and they were very prompt on sending a fix it man to repair as the weather was in the 90’s. Auto pay for rent so it comes out with no issue — water/​sewer included so no extra bill there. Highly recommend!
