Executive Limosine Service of La

I bought a 3 hour limousine Service from livingsocial, and I booked a date out 1 month in advance. I spoke with the owner of Executive and he informed me that he did not have my reservation and there was nothing he could do. He also informed me that he would NEVER take livingsocial deals on the weekend, because that is the company’s most popular time.
I have never had anyone «lose» a reservation before, and the owner did not even attempting to rectify the problem. I would encourage others not to use this company, because not only do they have an issue with scheduling but they obviously have horrible customer service.

I bought a voucher for a one hour limosine ride from
$ 50 off orginal $ 100.
I thought it would be perfect to my husband and I into the city and surprise him for his big twenty fifth birthday.
I spoke to the limosine company with questions that popped up and they were really helpful with my questions. They also informed me that tax was not included in the purchase nor driver tip tax was $ 28. Tip I’m assuming $ 20… How exactly was this a deal to begin with? The limosine ride from our home to the restaurant was a duration of 25 minutes…
At 6 pm when they called I stopped stalling my husband and we walked outside to see the limosine when the man on the phone said the limosine had overheated and it would take an hour to get another to pick us up!
Now if you can imagine hearing this upon spending WEEKS planning… you can imagine! I lost my composure and my husband needless to say found out about the limosine. I had already dropped a car off in the city so we had to call the restaurant to change our reservations and at 745 the limosine finally picked us up.
The limosine was clean inside. However the radio did not get good reception whatsoever so I was slightly agitated that I did not spend the extra 5 minutes grabbing discs since we were already late.
Overall… I found the service to be very disheartening and you would think that executive limosine would waive the tax after my surprise was ruined and I was left with no other choice but to take another into the city. I will not refer to friends.
