They took 15 minutes to find my item, then told me to come back later because they had yet to alter it by the promised time. On my second arrival, the seamstress was talking loudly on the phone while waving at me to show she was still working on my alteration. Unprofessional.

Recently had dress pants and a formal gown altered here, relative cheap, very quick and well done. The only challenge was a slight language barrier.
