My car was in the shop for 3 weeks, when I got it back there was all kinds of things wrong. We noticed offender was crooked, loud sound coming from under the hood, as well as molding wasn’t put on correctly so air is getting in and making loud sounds. Took it back twice and nothing ever really got fixed. The first few times I called I was brushed off as if I was just complaining even though there are legitimate things wrong with my car that you could even see visually. Will never trust them to do any repairs again.

The nicest, most helpful person I never hope to see again is Stemato Gregos at Ray Brandt Collision. I wrecked my 5-​month old Subaru Forester on Valentine’s Day… my insurer, USAA, gave me names of repair shops near my home in Scott, Louisiana; however, the accident happened in Algiers and my mom lives in Terrytown so I asked for places nearby. They recommended Ray Brandt which was an immediate yes since my family had used their services successfully in the past.
Mr. Gregos made me feel very secure that the job would return my vehicle to its new car look and feel… I was kept apprised of what was occurring throughout the process. .and I am pleased to have my vehicle back with no problems or unhappy surprises! !!

So about 6 months ago i had a unpleasant experience at this business but after i posted a less than glowing review i was immediately contacted by the manager Joe. I told him about what happened and that my trunk would not work. He asked if i would bring the car back in and he would take a look at it. He had his mechanics look at the car. They diagnosed the trunk malfunction as being interfered by my the viper car system. I am grateful that Joe took the time to help me out.

Awful at communicating. This review is solely for the lack of communication from the administrative staff. No respect for customers that give them the benefit of the doubt and try to be understanding when faced with delays. If you are lax about how long they are taking with your vehicle, they will put you in the back of the priority list and tend to other cars until you are forced to get really uptight and bitchy on them. I will update the rest of the review after I actually get my car back and see how they did with the repairs.
I honestly don’t like giving bad reviews, but Terri from the administrative staff was so resistant on giving me a heartfelt apology and kept pointing fingers and making excuses that I just had to write this one. Please know when to accept responsibility and know when to admit wrong.

I would recommend the Gretna location. I’ve used them before many years ago for a major accident and had a positive experience. This time it was a little scrape that stopped my window from going up completely. I called the Edenborn location who told me there were no technicians there because it’s Saturday. I called the Kenner location and explained my situation and SPECIFICALLY asked if there was a technician because of the previous location. The young lady was somewhat dismissive and stated they ran a skeleton crew on Saturday just like the other location said but that I should just bring it in so she can look at it. I drove basically to the airport only to find out she had no idea if there was a technician there or not. She talked on the phone for 5 minutes before even acknowledging I was there. She got me to fill out some paperwork and I’m still asking if someone was there who might possibly be able to deal with the car. She tells me it depends on whether or not they need to order parts. (That makes no sense but whatever) She finally has another employee, who I was praying was a technician, go check to see if the tech was there, he was not. After she realized her goof she softened some. I asked her to call Gretna which she did. I went over there and they had the problem fixed within 10 minutes. I sat in the Kenner office for 45 minutes for nothing. I don’t recommend the Kenner location.

I have to share my amazing experience at Ray Brandt Collision Center in Gretna, La. I was recently hit-​n-​run at a grocery store. State Farm informed me that RBCC was an affiliate of theirs just drop it off, and I would pay $ 500 the rest they would cover. It seemed a little too easy, but when I met with Jim Reed (So nice, so efficient, by the way) he assured me not to worry, but it was a holiday weekend, and I might not have it back til the following week. I was trying to save money not getting a rental, and had sort of relegated to the idea of not having a car for a week. Today, two days after I dropped it off… I got a surprise phone call! Jim Reed called, and said, «I know how badly you seemed to need your car back, so I asked them to have it done quickly for you» Wow!!! What excellent customer service! My car looks like new! So happy! I would highly recommend getting body work done there!!!

Excellent service. Kept me well informed. Work was performed in a timely manner and like new workmanship. Highly recommended. They do have coffee if you plan on waiting for a ride but may want to bring a cup as they don’t offer cups. They take credit cards with a bank emblem.

I had taken my car to THREE Dodge dealers for a minor issue and they all had told me that I would have to leave it there for a few days. With one car, that was not an option for me. Earlier in the year, I had a car accident and Ray Brandt Collision Center had fixed my car so I figured I would give them a call. The manager told me to bring it down. He took me right away and I waited 15 minutes if that! He fixed my problem! Great service and everyone there was so friendly!

The only thing I have to say about this place is the woman that works the front desk. She thinks she is miss know it all and if you ask questions YOU ARE WRONG. Customer service could be a lot better. Simply train her better and remember that if it wasn’t for customer there would no business. My insurance recommend this place and I drive one of the vehicles these guys sell at there dealership so instead or repairing parts they are going to give me new ones. Customer service at front desk prevents higher rating.
