Good sushi chef and menu selections. The sushi specials rotate from time to time. For the area, menu, buffet, and price it’s a great place to eat.

I travel a lot for work, most of the time to rural areas. While Griffin, GA isn’t rural, it certainly is a small town with limited food options other than fast food. It also makes it hard to eat in these types of locations for a Vegan like myself. I was pleasantly surprised with Hong Kong Bistro. They have a typical Chinese buffet with items like fried rice, orange chicken, beef lo mein, etc. But I decided to hit up their made to order menu. They had a wide array of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai choices. I started off with the miso soup, had the fried vegetable rolls and then finished off with Garam Masala curry Tofu with white rice. Overall, my dinner was pretty damn good. Next time I visit Griffin, I will definitely come again.
