Nail Tek

I went to Nail Tek a few days ago with some fellow bridesmaids and a bride to get our nails done for the bride’s wedding. It was a Friday afternoon and the place only had about four other people in it. Four of the girls wanted their nails filled, one wanted a full set, two wanted manicures and four wanted pedicures.
This place was severely understaffed and we waited almost an hour before any of us were seen. I waited almost two hours to get a simple manicure. The girl who did my hails used the same tools on me and probably several other customers. I asked if she could use new tools but she said she didn’t have any others and then talked about me in a other language to one of the nail techs. They did a very rushed job and my nails have already chipped. One of the other girls was supposed to get a pedicure and a full set, but they forgot about her after her pedicure and she waited a full hour in between the two.
In the end, all of us waited about 4 hours to get our nails done. I will not be going back.
