You will always feel welcome while you enjoy some of the best American craft style beers brewed right here in our seven barrel brew house. Whether on our 1,000 square foot covered patio or in our pub, we promise great beer and sandwiches with fun and friendly service.

History

Established in 2015.

It all started with four region dudes and a chick brewing for fun in our garages. All our neighbors and friends enjoyed the results of our labor at our summer parties and football Sundays. One day during a brew and a couple pints we decided we wanted to be able to share our passion with more and newer friends so we had to find a bigger garage, and we did, an empty pole barn in Griffith, IN. The building owner agreed, for some crazy reason, to make the mechanical improvements necessary and we had our blank slate to build our tap room and install our much larger equipment. Two of us took a quick trip to the Denver area for some training «Brewery training sir!!» and on March 13, 2015, yes it was a Friday, we opened our doors to the public. We promise to continue focusing on making the best beer possible and we will welcome you into our new garage like old friends.

Very disappointed!
Friend of mine and I arrived at your location early afternoon Saturday. Looks like great festivities were planned for the day. However we were there to simply grab a beer and move on. You had maybe 6 – 8 people in the house and you wanted to charge us $ 10 cover to order a beer. We explained to the young lady collecting money at the door that we just wanted to order a beer or two then go. The young lady at the door turned her business down. Business must be really good for you to turn down our $ 40 or $ 50. Now you have two people telling many about our bad experience. I wonder how much that costs?

I had Mornin’ James here which was really good. There was beers here that everybody in my group really liked. We loved the outdoor area and the tasting room was nice. I went to a few breweries and they honestly probably had my favorite beer of the day, but I was here with a fairly large group and one bartender was fairly impatient which made our time here not as enjoyable. The other bartender was really nice and tried to help us out, but he seemed nervous that the first bartender would get mad.

Love the beers — 5 stars!
Food… last time I was here the kitchen did not belong to the brewery and served hot dogs and other boring fare. It also smelled greasy. Hopefully Wildrose will upgrade the kitchen.
The pub is in a pole-​barn like building and LOUD! I like the layout but try to avoid evenings when the sound overwhelms.
The bartenders are knowledgeable and helpful. I promise to return soon and hope the food has improved.

You’ll find this place situated in one of those aluminum warehouses that are randomly dispersed throughout the area. I grew up seeing these all over and it’s cool to see one of them turned into a brewery. I was interested to try it after I heard about it. Unfortunately, the brewery industry has become saturated and unless you have topnotch quality beers it’s tough to compete.
I tried virtually everything they had on tap and nothing really resonated with me. I ended up having either a black or rye IPA that was decent. We ended up congregating in the corner with the couches, which was a nice touch to an otherwise cold feeling place. This is a fairly big space so it’s safe to say you won’t be waiting around for a seat. There is also a lady who makes food and the Polish is to die for — pretty fantastic!
There is definitely opportunity and potential here but they have a way to go to compete with some of the big dogs in the area like Three Floyds or Lagunitas.

First time at Wildrose. Our bartender Dave, is very friendly and knows his beer. Started with a flight and ended up loving their Mad Cow… my honey like the Morning James. Place is roomy, clean and cozy… mmmmm would definitely come back.

Walking into a place with a friendly, knowledgeable staff warms my heart. I had the Hop Side of the Moon and my favorite Robust Smoked Porter. There was plenty of bar space, tables, and local artwork on the walls for purchase. They also have plenty of apparel and logo gear for purchase.

Beer is great atmosphere is good. Mad cow is a def try. Great bar tender did a great job of recommending beer. They have food but did not try.

Stopped in while trying several craft breweries in the area. I really enjoyed this place. The patrons gave this place the feel of a small town bar. Not a hipster filled craft bar I see at most small breweries. Beers were food too.

Their coconut milk. stout is good. There were only a handful. of beers to choose from when I was there. So the beer menu was limited more than other places. They have a food truck but it wasn’t there when I was there on a Sat night. They need a bigger beer menu for the amount of space they have. Maybe have some kind of entertainment for the space too. It’s huge. Bathroom was clean.

Good beer. Glad they have food. It was nice outside but no seating. The garage door was open which made it very warm and humid inside. Need fans if not going to put the air on. Had to cut the visit short. Too hot. Will try again though.

Great new brewery. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just recently added wines to the options. T&S catering food option is great. Ample seating (patio looks to be coming soon.) Beer selection is around 5 at this time, but have enjoyed them all. (Big Sexy, Almost Sexy, and SwetWheat/​are my favs.) Have been there several times already and will be going back. Hard to compete with 3 Floyd’s in terms of beer quality, but this place is right behind them in the area… Which is saying alot

The food served on opening weekend was delish. I didn’t care for the selections of beer they had tho, only 5. I know it just opened so we’ll probably be back another time.
