Specialties
We are an Eastside Detroit Bankruptcy practice. We help people in the Grosse Pointe area to get financial peace. We can offer a variety of solutions to help you get the fresh start you deserve.
If you are facing Foreclosure, we can stop the sale and save your house and restructure your mortgage payments, giving you anywhere from 3 to 5 years to get caught up. We can also help you to qualify for a loan modification through the federal HAMP program. We can also get rid of your second mortgage or home equity loans.
We also can help with tax appeals. Many people in Detroit and the eastern suburbs, have seen your property value fall in recent years. We can appeal your tax valuation and save you 1000s of dollars or more on your property tax bill.
History
Established in 2005.
I have been representing honest and unfortunate people in Detroit, St. Clair Shores, and the Grosse Pointes with their financial problems for the past 12 years. I have helped hundreds of people get the fresh start they deserve.
Prior to opening the Law Offices of Joseph Pleva i worked for a large Consumer Bankruptcy practice. In 2005 I decided that I could better serve clients in the shoreline communities by starting my own practice. We have been dedicated to providing a personalized, concierge level of service to our clients. We are able to resolve a wide variety of consumer and small business financial issues for our clients.
