Booked this property 5 months before the event (wedding). Reconfirmed reservations twice and even visited hotel 1 week before to re cap. They still messed up the reservation. Poor management. Wedding guests were checking in on a Saturday afternoon and front desk was ill prepared and poorly staffed at a peak check in time hotel was very aware of. The only
Plus this hotel has is Elizabeth Arden’s salon. If that is important to you. Otherwise, save yourself the aggravation and stay elsewhere.

This was a nice hotel and the restaruant is good. The price was not any kind of bargain but the amenities were nice enough. The reservation needed to be rearranged and the brunch operation was a total disorganized mess. We had a good stay and everything worked out but I had to work for it more than I should have. Four stars if things had gone smoothly. The internet in the room was a great set up, 30 mps and cables to hook laptop to tv. We watched Netflix one night.
