Theresa Reynolds and Karen Jones are the co-​owners, teachers and therapists of The Yoga Within, a studio devoted to the teaching Svaroopa® yoga. Combined they have over 3000 hours of training through the Master Yoga Foundation and the Svaroopa® Vidya Ashram, extensive classroom and workshop teaching experience, therapeutic applications of yoga, meditation instruction and a personal practice that has been devoted solely to Svaroopa® since 2008.
