No Guinness on tap at an Irish pub?! I’m acting more surprised than I actually was. This is Grove City after all, where most places only carry a few light domestics and Yuengling. They do have cans of the stout, but the pour is just not the same. I didn’t bother to ask about their craft options because I didn’t see a cooler with various bottles. Still, their happy hour prices for your standard domestics are a good deal. Bottles(I’d prefer cans) of PBR and High Life are only a buck each until 7pm. They have two other price points between Busch, Miller, and Bud Light. They have a decent number of food options. Their appetizers are also half price during happy hour. On my most recent visit I had fried pickle spears and wings. I normally prefer my fried pickles in chip form, but these were pretty tasty. The wings weren’t very impressive. I asked for their hottest sauced wings but they were pretty wimpy and a bit over fried. The bar area provides good viewing angles for the the televisions lining the walls. The atmosphere is relaxed, and they have wifi. Overall, it’s one of the better options in Grove City, but don’t expect gastropub food and craft beer. It’s a good place to wind down after work or watch a game at. Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars.

This bar is a frequent local stop for my wife and I. Last night while visiting we were playing the juke box and asked the bartender if there was any live entertainment and she said we were ok until 9pm when karaōke started. So we played several songs and everything was going good. This is when the 80’s rocker karaōke host with a mullet, sleeveless t-shirt and jean shorts stepped in and stopped the juke box over an hour early and announce his presence and started playing his own country music. We said something to the bartender and she gave us $ 5 back. So a little perturbed at this 80’s dude who ruined the night we prepared to leave. I had went to the restroom and this DICK had came over to my wife and touched her as he tried flirting with her. After she told me and said that he had been staring at her all along she kept me from making a seen and stooping to his level. I just let the bartenders know that they had an issue with him and exited without any confrontation.

Stopped by here to visit my Fiancé’s BFF while working in Columbus. For a pub in a strip mall(aren’t they all nowadays?) the burger was really tasty. Its made with Sirloin so it isn’t overcooked and its served on a warm and toasty soft pretzel bun along side sweet potato fries. If your in the neighborhood, stop in, and tell Heather Shawn sent you!
