I agree with the other poster. I drove up here from butler because I get tired of the cowboy hick theme and atmosphere of Texas Roadhouse.
The salad was fresh but my French dressing tasted … Off? I ordered the New York strip steak medium well. I can’t describe it, it was cooked correctly but my steak had no taste at all. I think it was the quality of the beef Hoss’s uses.
Since I came for a good steak they get 1 star from me. I did eat it, I drove 30 plus minutes to eat and it was cooked ok just tasted strange. I will not return.
