Had employee say to me and the wife that they should have locked the door. Then told us that they would only serve us what they had cooked earlier. And that they were out of things and that’s the way it is. Poor service and the food was bad to. We asked for dine in and they bag are food Togo. Making the point they didn’t want us. Never fear we won’t be back. Left message for guest relation. They replied with. Generic message and have yet to contact me day 4 after the issue.

Food is either warm at best, or they’re out of what you order. Service in drive thru is usually pretty slow. Sad, panda is usually pretty good if they’d prepare it and warm it correctly. Have been sent away several times because they’re out of several items on the menu, simple items at that, fried rice, grilled chicken, and a couple others. This location also has limited menu items compared to other Panda Express locations

This panda location is the worst one I have ever been to. All the other ones carry sweet and sour chicken all the time. Not the grove city location. We was there on a Saturday, they said ten mins until teriyaki chicken would be done. I said ok. Waiting in drive thur for about 15mins get to the window and the lady said its going to be 45mins for fried rice. and we close at 10. So at this time we was basically turned away. And it wasn’t the first time. And if you go to the website to write the corporate office you can only write a very a limited amount each complaint so that not even enough to explain your whole attempt of visit.

The staff was wonderful and were very efficient. The food on the other hand was overly sweet and made my stomach churn. I’d pass on eating this food again unless your really hoping to for a sugar high and a stomach ache

We come here often and the service is always polite and prompt. The store is very clean and employees will wash hands before helping next guest.

Quick easy and very clean for a Panda Express. She washed her hands before serving my food. Haven’t seen that in a while.

It’s fast food, so lower expectations accordingly. That being said, the staff is great and the food is fresh. My main objection is lack of a tofu based entrée for the vegetarians among us. That alone would keep me returning more often. As it is, fried rice is quite good(I generally don’t care for fried rice). So are the fortune cookies. Hot and Sour soup and spring rolls are ok too. Tried the cream cheese wonton-too greasy & left a slight aftertaste. If those were revamped I’d try them again. Again, it’s fast food. Still, a nice place though. Bright. Clean. Good service.

I found the food simple and tastey. Nothing shocking or amazingly different but overall not bad. Dropped by for carry out so not sure what others mention of it being cold. Was still hot when I got to sit down and eat 10 min later. What made me pleased was the service. Not pushy on suggestive sell, offered suggestions and samples and exceptionally friendly, all from the cashier alone. I haven’t been to the chain much but the service and food(that is really comparable to the Chinese in the area, for better or worse that you might decide that) I will most likely return and possibly become nearer to a regular customer.

I ordered the Broccoli and Beef with Fried Rice with a Chicken Egg Roll through the drive-through. The egg roll was warm and had a decent flavor to it. The same can’t be said for the rest of my order. The broccoli and beef was cold and didn’t have much flavor, and the fried tasted like plain steamed white rice. Also, the price of the above was $ 8.18 which for the quality of what I received was way too much money. I very much doubt I would give this place another chance.

Okay, yes a chain, yes not all that original, but yes good, fast, and reliable. Also probably healthier than many fast food options. This store is a nice example. On the small size. Clean, friendly staff. If you like fast food chinese, this is the place for you.

Good for what it is. No its not the best Chinese food in town, no its not made to order. But the taste is good, staff is friendly. There is not a Hugh selection of food but most of everyones favorites with some others. I always get the kung pao chicken, Beijing beef and garlic chicken. The prices are decent for the food quality and taste. If you are wanting Chinese like right now or 30 minutes ago, and you are near stringtown rd, this is the place for you. Is it worth a special drive just for it? No unless you crave the specific taste of their dishes.

There MIGHT be a reason why there aren’t more fast food Chinese places with a drive-thru. Chinese food is not exactly a food that should sit under a hot lamp for hours until someone happens along. I’ve never had anything that wasn’t particularly soggy. The selection also leaves much to be desired. The best explanation: Cafeteria food. If your high school had Chinese food day, it might have been similar to Panda Express. Their sauces are super thick. So if you like fried pork/chicken/beef with jelly-like sauce, you’d be in heaven here.

Have heard quite a lot about this place, it was actually surprisingly good now of course the orange chicken was not really the best since a couple of the bits were tasting a bit like chewy dough :) but the Beijing beef was rather excellent for such a place the staff were friendly but I also notice that one of the tables must have been forgotten to be cleaned overall I would recommend but it’s not really gourmet Chinese food as they claim it to be at least not the kind that I am use to anyway
