History

Established in 2015.

Lakeside was established after 10 years of being a general contractor, we decided to focus on the property disaster for property managers & homeowners. We have built custom homes, spec homes and commercial properties over the years and have encountered property disaster needs from clients, and friends. Those disasters prompted us to start Lakeside Restoration LLC a company committed to the quick response and quick repair of property disaster. we are a turn key company that deals directly with your insurance company, but don’t worry we do not have an Assignment of Benefits clause in our contract (AOB).
