Absolutely terrible. My wife and I have been forced to go here 2 or 3 times over the years. Never helpful, never make the right diagnosis. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

No one likes to go to Urgent Care. It’s expensive, there is always a wait, everyone is sick and grumpy. So it’s tough to choose a star rating. But I was pretty impressed with the level of care I received on my most recent visit. I’d been sick for weeks, and after one round of antibiotics failed to cure me, and I seemed to be getting much worse, I tried out the Minute Clinic at CVS, and they had to refer me out… guess I was too sick. The other places I called were $ 275(the Ohio Health affiliates) and I knew I couldn’t swing that. Hometown is a $ 75 charge. And they could tell I was struggling to breathe, so they got me in and onto a nebulizer right away to wait for the doc to come check me futher. I got what I needed, and I was out in about an hour, which is pretty much what I would expect. I felt like they were caring and attentive to my needs.
