Epic entertainment was, without doubt, the best choice we could have made for our wedding DJ. Anthony was a polished professional and very approachable. From dealing with our procrastination issues to seamlessly working in our atypical must-​have song list, he nailed every aspect of what we were looking for. He made the effort to understand what was most important to us, delivering on our few must-​haves and cultivating the ideal timeline for the ceremony and reception. The most valuable aspect, and what we are most appreciate of, was how good he was at recognizing what we didn’t know about/didn’t want to think about, and taking care of all the little details for us. He read our personalities perfectly, played a set that kept everyone dancing all night, and threw a few great surprises in for me and the bride.

Stop looking for other DJ’s right now & make the best decision. Our amazing wedding planner, Jamie Neutill with CJN event planning, recommended Epic & we met with Anthony. Right away I knew he was our DJ with his unique ideas. Anthony blew us away at our wedding! He truly has a passion for what he does & he knows what he’s doing! Professional & personable! He really cares to make it perfect for the bride & groom! I was a little bit nervous when I told him our selection of music because it was all over the place. LOL I thought, this guy is gonna think we’re crazy & get confused because it’s such a mixed selection. From Country to Mexican cumbas but he hit a home run and picked the perfect songs for us the entire time! It was like he knew our personality. Got a feel for the party and kept playing music to keep us dancing. Our dance floor wasn’t empty once! Amazing communication. Great website tool and user friendly! I never had a doubt that anything would go wrong because I had complete confidence that Anthony was on it! I was able to enjoy my wedding and dance the night away knowing he had it down! Monthly check-​ins and always quick to answer any questions. Anybody can play music at a wedding but his tips to keep the flow smooth and staying clear of the awkward moments that some wedding have — he knows how to avoid all that and has amazing, unique ideas that we definitely used for our ceremony & reception. Not to mention — the amazing surprise he had for us at the end of our night with the last song! So special! PERFECT ending to the night! He is outside of the box and I absolutely recommend him 1000% Thanks Anthony! You’re one in a million!

Chris the owner/​DJ was amazing! He actually DJed our wedding! He was more than helpful during the planning process. He really listened to my vision for my wedding and took that and made really great suggestions for not only the music but other vendors and wedding related items. He also was very honest and upfront in telling me that with my venue I didn’t need to upgrade to a bigger more expensive package due to the way my venue was laid out. Not many vendors will tell you that you don’t need to spend more money with them, but Chris was so honest and really looks out for his customers. He simply wants to make their events the event of their dreams.
On to his DJ skills:
Chris had the dance floor packed during our wedding. He was great at mixing up the music to keep all the generations attending our wedding happy and dancing. We had so many compliments on the music variety! My husband and I really enjoyed being able to make suggestions on the music we wanted to hear during our celebration.
Chris also did a great job keeping the wedding on task! Everything went right on schedule and he was great at keeping me updated with what was going on and where we needed to be.
Chris is so much more than a DJ! He did so much at our wedding! Well well worth every penny! And to top it off, he is just a really cool guy!

I am in the unfortunate position of being a groom that is planning my own wedding. I am also an attorney so I am very busy at work. We have only seven months before our wedding date and I am frantically trying to get everything in place. Epic entertainment were professional and courteous. A lot of our guest will be Spanish speaking so we needed a bilingual DJ and they referred over an excellent bilingual DJ that we hired. This truly shows that Epic Entertainment is truly concerned with their clients. I would highly recommend their services if you are in the market.

Best dance e~ver! Just got out watching as a parent at a dance for teens with autism. Anthony did the most awesome job! I’ve watched and chaperoned school dances before. This dj has to be best dj!!!
He was polite and complimented the kids instead of taking credit. What a humble guy! I sure hope he is the dj for the next one.

We worked with Bill from Epic Entertainment for our wedding at the Kaleidoscope Inn. He was AMAZING!!! Very helpful and we got so many compliments on the music. One of my co-​workers (bridesmaids) is the wedding coordinator at our work and she was impressed by him, he was on top of everything. Even brought me some water while we were taking pictures. We can’t thank you enough Bill for making our day run so smoothly!

Anthony with Epic Entertainment was AMAZING for our wedding. Through all of the hectic planning, he was always there to answer questions. We had our ceremony up on a very windy hill (Spreafico Farms), and he mic’d the groom and officiant very well so there was minimal wind noise. And even though I (the bride) wasn’t mic’d, everyone could hear me perfectly! The bridesmaids had a very long walk up the hill and he was so seamless we couldn’t tell if he had looped the song or not! At the reception, his song transitions were awesome and not stunted at all, so he kept everyone dancing! During the last song of our reception, he even put together a thoughtful surprise for the groom and I and all of our guests. I won’t ruin it in case it’s one of his best kept secrets! Anthony is the best around!

What a great show! Epic Entertainment DJ’d the Bridal Fashion Show at Madonna Inn on Sunday and it was fantastic! The lighting and music were perfect and Anthony did an amazing job announcing all the bridal gowns, designers and descriptions. They have always been easy to work with, great entertainers and know how to keep the party going!

They did the lighting for my wedding recently & were very well priced! We had some unexpected typhoon like winds, that made them slip down a little, but Mother Nature is unpredictable! Anthony is very easy to work with, and we had no hitches! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Epic Entertainment if you are looking for a great DJ for any event. Anthony did a great job at our wedding this August 2014! He was available when ever we had a question or needed to up date information before our big day. The day of he was on point, professional and fun. We are very pleased!

I worked with Anthony to secure a photo booth for my wedding this past Saturday and he was great! Jeff was the attendant with the photo booth and we couldn’t have been more impressed, even more so because it was his first day on the job! Both Anthony and Jeff were professional and provided excellent service. The photo booth was the perfect addition to our reception ceremonies and was some of the best entertainment. I would absolutely recommend working with Anthony for any of your wedding and reception needs!

From the minute we met with Epic Entertainment we knew we were in good hands. For me, the DJ was my #1 priority for my wedding. I didn’t care if there was a single flower or decoration, I wanted a packed dance floor, & DJ Kevin helped me do just that. I have been getting so much positive feedback from my friends about our DJ & I am beyond thrilled that we went with Epic Entertainment. I heard that there were guests that wanted to pay to keep DJ Kevin for a couple more hours, unfortunately we had a 10pm curfew at the venue or the party would have continued. Thank you DJ Kevin for helping us have the time of our lives!

Kevin and Anthony of Epic Entertainment was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We dealt mainly with Kevin, who was incredibly patient and responsive to all our musical needs. From day one, he was thorough in showing us the online tool that made choosing our music fun and easy.
We had tons of time to pick our music, and when it came to our one month check-​in, Kevin made sure we were finalizing our choices. He made suggestions for games and other timeline events. For most of our planning, I thought my brother would play the acoustic guitar during my processional, however in the last month of planning, we found out that he would not be able to do it. Kevin and I came up with a moving new acoustic guitar entrance. He helped my 10 year old nephew set up his piano for a reception dedication/​toast. And during the reception dancing, my guests were thrilled with the mix we decided on. I personally, had so much fun because of the music.
Kevin and my coordinator worked well together to make my timeline seamless. I got compliments from our guests about how organized everything was. Thanks Kevin! You made our day so special, and kept me sane during planning!

Our initial plan was to do our own music for our wedding, but at the last minute (less than a week before the wedding) decided to inquire with Anthony. He called us back almost immediately and we scheduled his services. The wedding planner that he provided on his website was thorough and an excellent tool to help us plan our day. He even met up with us before the event, just to talk about what we wanted and meet us in person.
The day of the event, Anthony was amazing. He utilized the plan that we put together, which was pretty basic for a wedding, and filled in the other music extremely well. Our 19 year old niece and our 70 year old father (in-​law) BOTH, within minutes of each other, were saying how wonderful the music and the DJ was. Not only did he do an wonderful job putting together the fill music, but he was also our emcee — announcing, keeping everyone informed, and keeping us all on a timeline. When things seemed to be getting a bit slow, he stepped it up and kept everything moving.
As an added bonus, Anthony took a bunch of photos for us as well. We did not hire a professional photographer — we just asked our guests for copies of their photos. Anthony took plenty of pictures — he even got up on a ladder and took several photos of our entire wedding, including the guests. We are looking forward to seeing the pictures that he took.
Anthony was an incredible find. We would definitely use him again, and recommend him for any event that you are looking for a DJ (and more).

Anthony is great! He was referred to us by our wedding venue, The Gardens at Peacock Farms. He DJ/MC’d at our wedding and did a wonderful job. During the ceremony her miked the Groom and officiant, then provided microphones for speeches.
He would causally pop into mine or my husband’s peripheral vision to ask a quick question, or let us know an event was going to take place, ex time for cake cutting.
His website is very thorough and allowed us to pick music for pretty much everything. He even sent a music suggestions list for all the big events during the reception as well as speech tips for our maid of honor and best man.
Did a decent job on the music, sadly we had an older not too dancy crowd.

Well that was Epic! Anthony is the man! From the beginning we knew that Anthony was going to make our day truly special. He emphasized early on that its «your wedding» and to make it such. We surveyed other DJs, and while the others may have compared in price, they were no comparison to his dedication. He’s not going to nickel an dime you for mic’s, set up costs, etc… Working with him was a true delight… Whether it was face to face, email or phone call, Anthony was there to walk us through anything we needed help. He offered vendor suggestions based on «our» likes… Not based on kick backs… He played «our» music and even customized songs that weren’t found on iTunes… And he dealt with my crazy antics during the reception… Lol. Bottom line… If you are trying to decide on a DJ for any event and you want a personalized DJ that will pack the dance floor all night or create any experience you are looking for… contact Epic Entertainment NOW!!! Don’t be cheap on a DJ… It will be your worst mistake. And don’t wait to book him… Do it now. Or your event will be a dud!

Anthony is the BEST!!! We were lucky enough to have wedding coordinating services, but if we hadn’t, I think Anthony would have taken over! He was so great and detailed, that we are so so happy we went with Epic!
We not only had Anthony for our ceremony and reception, but we also rented a photo booth from Epic; and it was … well… EPIC! When our guests weren’t on their feet dancing away to his awesome music choices, they were having a blast in the photo booth, with all the disguises, and masks. It was so fun!
Anthony also went way above his duties as a DJ. Not only did he personally meet with us a few times, to be sure we had every last detail was perfectly planned out; he also worked with my best friend who couldn’t make it out to the wedding, and recorded his toast and played it at the reception. Not only that, but we had specialized songs we wanted for our ceremony — and he got them! Who knows how, but he did it and made every things exactly perfect. What a great guy!!!
We had amazing wedding coordinators that made everything go smoothly, but Anthony also made sure to warn the groom and me when the last 2 songs were about to take place at the reception, so we could party down! He also made sure we would know what and when things were taking place. I HIGHLY recommend Epic Entertainment.
Our guests were actually bummed when the reception ended. He had everyone loving it!

I am a professional Wedding Photographer on the Central Coast and have had the privilege to work with Anthony of Epic Entertainment on several occasions. Not only is he professional and a great personality but he will have your dance floor hoping until the last guest leaves. Many couples say they want an IPOD for their reception for the music… Really? Ok… so what happens when the party is going South, who is going to recover so your guest don’t leave. Who is going to be your MC to make sure things go smoothly? What happens if the electricity goes out? Yes I have worked with Anthony when this has happened and bless his heart he went and purchased a generator on his own dime. Most don’t think of these things when your wedding planning is going on and you shouldn’t have too. Truthfully you would never have to worry about a thing if you hire the right vendors. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony and his work ethic and how he manages his craft. Make sure your wedding day is nothing short of EPIC !!

Anthony and Epic Entertainment made my wedding so personal and amazingly fun. He made such a good relationship with my guests and made sure everything ran smoothly, it was like having another wedding coordinator!
