Justin Jackson’s Plumbing services was started with one man Justin him self. He started in a old beat up Ford truck; and a few tools. Now Justin has worked his way up to be one of the BEST up and coming plumbers in the Slo County.

Our kitchen sink was clogged all weekend, so I called Justin this afternoon when I got off work and he was here in about 30 minutes. The clog was cleared really fast and he was so nice! Very good service, and a great price as well– I will call Justin again if we need any other plumbing work done.

Fabulous service! We developed a leak near the water meter in our Grover Beach home and had to shut off the entire water system. That means no toilets or showers — yuk.
We called and Justin picked up on the third ring. He was on vacation, but he asked me to text the address and he’d send a crew right out. 30 minutes after my call, a pleasant two man crew arrived and assessed the problem. They explained best and worst case scenarios. We were really lucky, after a little over an hour’s hard work, the crew had us back up and running.
The price was very reasonable and they took our credit card for payment. Amazingly, the next morning Justin texted us to make sure everything was still working — the man is on vacation!
We envisioned days and days of our water being off and within two hours of our call, we were back to normal. We couldn’t be more pleased, and highly recommend Justin Jackson’s Plumbing.

Needed a plumber to replace our hot water heater and requested Justin’s services through Unilocal.He responded approximately an hour later and I hired him for the next day. (I had previously used Justin for an issue with my sink and was satisfied with the job).
Justin arrived on time and quickly had us hooked up with a new water heater. Fast, efficient and a nice guy.

Justin came over promptly and did a great job. We had some sewer water contaminating our potable water, and he was so concerned he contacted someone to decontaminate our system. He did everything for his initial quote, threw in a free video inspection of our pipes, and did a great job. Will definitely call him again.

Justin Jackson Plumbing Service is really as good as it gets. I started a seemingly minor commercial project back in November. Because of hangups with the health dept and building department the job extended until today. Justin was so patient with me and the whole frustrating process. We had to make adjustments throughout the job and he stuck by our side the whole time, ready to help with a phone call, text or a quick visit to check things out. I am so grateful I called him for this job. I have a feeling anyone else would have quit on me! Thank you Justin and crew, you are the best!

It’s Saturday at 4pm. Called with a leaking water heater. Nothing major and was quoted $ 1,600!!! Really? Your not attorneys so please don’t bill like them!
Update: Called Sargents Plumbing & Heating and they came immediately and I paid $ 250! So fellow Unilocalers call Sargent’s Plumbing!

What do you do as a plumber when your Grandma has a plumbing emergency but lives 4 hours away. Go on Unilocal of course. I found Justin and read some really great reviews. Gave him a call and he came out and fixed it right away. Turns out it was just a supply line, but he could have easily tried to lie and upsell her a whole new water heater. He showed up with a smile and fixed her problem right away for a reasonable price. Glad to know I can trust someone to take as good care of my Family as I do with my business. Thanks Justin. Skilled, trustworthy, and professional!
We own a rental in San Luis Obispo, but live in the Bay Area. Justin and his crew have done an number of jobs for us, and we are pleased every time. Whether it is a planned upgrade, or a surprise repair, they have always been prompt and thorough. He has a lot of experience and does a great job of explaining exactly what his plan is, and the reasoning behind it.
His work is excellent and his prices are always fair. Can’t get better than that.

We have been using Justin for a few years now. He has fit us into his schedule every time. Called him last night to install a kitchen faucet that I had received from my previous place of employment. I don’t know how many 5 star ratings a business can get, but here’s another one for Justin. We’ve been using him for years. He just did a repair on my household and irrigation mainline. As always, he was timely, polite, efficient, competent, and reasonable. And he didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder and asking a bunch of questions! Can’t go wrong with this guy. He works hard, and is a hustler in the good sense!

Justin just finished installing a bathroom for me and its was a complicated and annoying job Im sure ! (sorry Justin!) there were multiple trips in and out of the job, interfacing with contractors and the architect… lots and lots of hard work. He was quick, hard working, on time and really truly excellent. Communicative, suggested better ways to do things, finished up the job on LABOR DAY with no up charges. We will use him again for sure !!! AWESOME.
