History

Established in 2015.

Seond Chances is an outreach from Captive Hearts who works with individuals in addiction recovery. We have had recovery homes since 2004 and are ready to open a ranch very soon. All proceeds from our store go toward sponsorships for our ladies.

Chaplain Judy B.

Business Owner

Judy has been Chaplain at o ur County Jail for Women for 15 years and operates our recovery homes. She established Second Chances in 2015 directing the proceeds to sponsorships for ladies who do not have enough to come into our home. She is also a counselor and speaks at conferences and events not only in our County but in different states and Countries.
