Awesome customer service! I needed a quick smog check-​certificate in order to sell my vehicle that day to the buyers. I made an appt., but I was done with the business part of the deal early, so I called to see if I could bring early, they said «bring it in». The only hang up was my cigarette lighter wasn’t working so that would have been a fail, they found the fuse was blown, replaced it, viola, it was done! Took about 15 minutes from start to finish, only really had time for one homemade (office made) chocolate chip cookie, that were awesome by the way.

Great service at Supreme Automotive. I started having oil pressure issues with my 6.0L Diesel Van while on the road. I found this place online through the many great reviews, and when i called i spoke with Tori. He was very helpful and although they were very busy that day, he was able to squeeze me in early on for a much needed oil change. Unfortunately, my previous shop had used an aftermarket oil filter which i didn’t want and may have resulted in my car having oil pressure issues. Tori had the stock Ford filter in the store but not the cap for it as cars typically come with this part and usually there is no need to stock this part. He quickly searched his resources in the area and was able to find the needed part shortly thereafter and got the job done accordingly and timely. I was super pleased with the services i received and the car runs normal again as it should. I was even more impressed when i received a thank you letter in the mail from Ed the owner of the shop which was a total surprise. Highly recommend this place. They take pride in what they do and they will not stop until they have resolved the issue or explored every possible option available to make sure the customer is satisfied. This place is a life saver! Christmas Eve with a nail in the tire. All the local tire stores could not accommodate or had hour long wait times. Supreme automotive in and out in under 30mins. #1 go to place for automotive needs in the five cities!

A few years ago, they had my Bronco to get it back up and running. They illegally removed one of my two catalytic converters, when the California Air Resources Board clearly states that for my year of Bronco it needs two catalytic converters. They are decent in work and price… but be careful…

I was pulling a toy hauler from Lake Tahoe to pismo beach. I lost a leaf spring, and pulled into supreme to have it fixed, as I did the entire axel tore away from frame in roadway. The mechanic ran out and fixed the axel in place. They stayed late to fix my trailer, let me plug my frig in, and filled my water tank. This place is great, well priced and great cookies.

I would like to say good things but unfortunately they are expensive and the last time I had an oil change they didn’t have the drain plug screwed on right, actually was told it was very obvious that it wasnt done right it leaked oil until I got it fixed, so slow down and do a better job and stop charging such high rates and I might be back

Tory and Steve have always been fair and flexible, if I need to ask when I had the last service or part installed on our fleet of 5 vehicles they can pull it up on their computer. That is some good service in and of itself. Sometimes it pays to go with someone who cares enough to tell you what you do need to take care of and what can wait.
Just around the corner and what a great staff. Clean too.

I recently got my truck back after being repaired had some problems and had to take it back I must say they did get the problem fixed and went above and beyond to take care of some other issues the truck had as well appreciate the time and effort spent I do expect to return and I must say I’ll give it all to the cookies

I have taken my van to Supreme Automotive on several occasions and was always treated with great respect and felt I was truly being taken care of. Every time my van is done on time, no problems and their work is Supreme. I am fortunate enough that we have a couple of mechanics in the family so my van is usually well taken care of. My oldest actually did his HS internship there for 6 Mos watching and getting some great experience from them. After graduation he left to the Marine Corps and one thing he said before he left «Mom…if you need a good honest mechanic that will go over your car thoroughly, take it to Supreme». I could not agree with him more! Thank you Supreme Automotive for taking great care of my van while my Marine is away.

My husband & I have taken our vehicles to Supreme exclusively for the past decade or so and will continue to do so because of their professionalism, their courtesy, and their quality service.
Just today my husband had a flat tire. He took the tire in and not only were they able to fix the tire, they removed the compact spare and put it back into the trunk, they put the repaired tire back on the car, and they didn’t charge him a penny! It doesn’t get any better than that! THANKS, SUPREME!

This team is SO friendly, they don’t charge you for ridiculous things, they are realists, and they are always sending coupons. All are much appreciated! I am recognized when I walk in the door and they are just so sincerely nice. I have been taken for a fool by many mechanics at dealerships, but Supreme Automotive is willing to have real conversations and not over charge for jobs that are truly elective. Love this place!

Had an Oil service. They were awesome! I left my car at their shop and they gave me a ride back to my office. I got a call about an hour later and they offered to come pick me up. THAT is great customer service. If you need any work I would not hesitate to stop in here! Good Job!
