Enjoy a massage that is the perfect combination of therapeutic and intuitive touch. I use Swedish and deep tissue techniques to increase circulation, relieve pain and help remove toxins from sore, tense muscles. It’s important to me that you get the most out of your massage experience and my goal is to make you feel completely comfortable and relaxed during the massage, and that you leave grounded and rejuvenated afterwards.

I work on a heated massage table in a warm, serene and nurturing setting. My studio is in Monte Rio, just 4 miles west of Guerneville, on the Russian River. I am also available for outcalls.

I am fully certified and available most days and evenings. I enjoy working on all genders, orientations and ages.

A 90-​minute session is $ 95.

I received my massage certification from the San Francisco School of Massage where I learned Swedish and deep tissue techniques. One of my main motivations in learning to give massage was to be able to offer people the same type of healing bodywork that I have received over the years. Regular massages have helped keep me healthy and happy.

Working with my hands has always been an important aspect of my creativity. As a professional gardener, I’ve become adept at paying close attention to the quiet energy present in plants and other elements of the living landscape. My early university education was in fine art and I’ve worked in the medium of collage now for more than two decades.

Attention to detail and an intuitive ability to spot connections through vision and by touch is directly connected to all of my work — as an artist, as a gardener, and as a massage therapist. I listen to my clients and to their bodies.
