Established in 2004.

Troy Miller is the Owner/​Broker of CM Fox Real Estate. He has been a resident of Guilderland for his entire life. He started Miller Construction in 1994 in remodeling homes and then moved into New Construction.

CM Fox was started in 2004 in Guilderland. Shortly after Troy added an office in Altamont. In 2009, Troy built a brand new, state of the art building for CM Fox headquarters on Western Avenue in Guilderland. CM Fox is now one of the leading real estate companies in the Capital Region.

My wife Betsy and I listed an estate property with Lisa Wloch, which was involved in a lot of twist and terns. She managed to keep our wonderful buyers informed the best she could under some very interesting circumstances. Through her patience, the efforts of Rebecca Hout, our attorney, and those of our buyers, we were you able to pass this wonderful home on to its god-​intended buyers without re-​listing and re-​advertising. To say she went above and beyond what was expected is still minimizing what she did actually did. Hire this amazing woman to buy or sell your property, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

Thankfully, we had CHRIS McCABE on our side! If anyone is ever in the market to buy or sell a home, he is the #1 person you should call! He was a delight to work with — he really listened to what we were looking for, found us a lot of great options for houses to visit, and worked with our schedules until we were finally able to make it happen. He gave great advice along the way, and made the stress of looking for a home an actually enjoyable experience.

Last summer my husband and I took the leap to buy our first home. We happened upon Lisa Wloch of CM Fox via an online listing of a house that she had recently sold. She was very prompt in answering our emails and we quickly set up other viewings with her. She took a list of our criteria and sent up daily email updates on properties that matched out wishlist. She guided us through making our first offer, having the offer rejected, and walking away from a house we thought was perfect. She then spent the next several months touring properties with us, all the while being extremely professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. When we finally found the house we ended up buying, she helped us through every step of process, and even came to the closing bearing a thoughtful gift. Lisa was amazing to work with as a first time buyer, and the next time we buy real estate, we hope that we will be lucky enough to work with her again.
