I am writing this review in response to Jie C., HoHo L, and XX review of Jo Ann. Jie C, HoHo L and XX are the same person. Unilocal is allowing an abuse of the review system by permitting the reviews to remain on line. Jo Ann is a great attorney. She works very hard for her clients. She makes herself available any day, any time. She is knowledgeable and gets the right results for her clients. The person who wrote the reviews is Xiaoling Shirley He. Shirley He repeatedly files false and frivolous claims in court. The following among other cases are public record of false claims Ms. He has filed. In He v Xiaokang, NYSlip Op 1837 decided March 3, 2015 the Appellate Court ruled Ms. He must obtain court approval prior to filing anything pertaining to matrimonial actions because of her series of unsuccessful and meritless filings. In Shirley He v Realty USA, the court found Ms. He filed yet another frivolous action and the court stated it was another example of unwillingness on Ms. He to abide by court Orders. The court in this case allowed an application of attorney fees against Ms. He because of her frivolous court filings. On June 13, 2013 in NY Slip Op 76790u) Xiaoling Shirley He v Jo Ann E. Coughtry, the Appellate Court granted Jo Ann’s motion dismissing Ms. He’s appeal.
