Customer service is very poor. Had a container delivered to my home facing the opposite direction from what I specified, with the doorway up against a tree which made the container inaccessible. They would not admit fault and charged me $ 69.03 to re-​position the container and are refusing to refund my money. This company has a monopoly on the portable storage industry which may be why they are so stubborn. There are a few small companies who provide a similar service and I will definitely use them from now on. Stay away from PODS!
