We are a charming little Coffee shop/​Bistro. We are a little out of the way, but well worth the trip! (We are 1.6 miles from Main street on the left)

We are located at the Gun Barrel City Airport (74 XA) for those that care to fly in for Breakfast or lunch. or Coffee and Amazing dessert. We also do Dinners once sometimes twice a month! Usually themed, the Food is Fabulous and they are great fun. WE also always have entertainment these nights so there is always dancing!

A little deceiving from the outside, but step in and you are in another world. We also have a drive-​thru and you can call ahead and have your order ready to go when you pull up.

We specialize in Fresh food, homemade soup daily, Specialty Coffees we have over 70 flavors. so let your imagination run wild! We also serve Looseleaf Teas, Italian Soda’s & Frappé’s.

Our menu is different from everyone else in town. Fresh, Grilled and Hot Sandwich Panini’s, Salads, Crepes and Amazing Desserts. We have a covered patio over looking the runway. Great place to relax and have fun watching the planes fly in and out. Come and give us a try.

History

Established in 2013.

My husband and I first moved to Gun Barrel City in 2010. There was no where here to get a coffee! A Real Coffee. I used to make the poor guy drive me to Mesquite almost Daily for my Latte.(True Story) So I said, lets open a drive thru, I used to own a coffee shop a while back and thought, well I can not be the only person in this town wanting a Latte in the morning. So we started converting and then long story short. It morphed into this beautiful little Coffee shop/​Bistro, we opened in April of 2013 and have been Thankfully very well received. We already had the runway, but now we have added Aviation Fuel and the patio. We also do Reservation Only dinners one Saturday a month. They are posted on our facebook page.

I Love Coffee. and people. I do this because I love it and I want to make people happy. Provide them with a place to go that is unlike any other. Every person that walks in my door gets treated like they are one of my own and usually leaves with a hug. I have the friendliest staff in town, Chloe, Jordan and Galen Rock. (In my own opinion of course!) I think we are worth the 1.6 miles from the beaten path.
