My lifelong passion of residential property renovation and rehabilitation combined with 26 years of foreign intelligence analysis in Washington DC led me to home inspecting right here in Chicago.

I trained with the best home inspection firm in the city before venturing off and starting my own business. Now I can honestly say «I love my job»!

I’m the owner and inspector of ConstantHawk Home Inspections. I’m licensed by the State of Illinois to inspect homes and my company is licensed by Illinois to practice as an LLC. I’m fully insured as well. My love for home construction plus my 26 plus years of working in foreign intelligence in Washington DC gives me a unique ability to work together with home buyers, attorneys and real estate agents. There may be a speaker of the house in Chicago, but why not go with a home inspector who’s met a US President, Vice President, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and several CIA Directors.
