History

Established in 2007.

Ron Zink, the DJ and owner has been DJing since 1995. Beginning in the dance clubs of Seoul South Korea working four turntables to the using the latest digital technology in and around Gurnee, Ron’s love of music and entertaining led to the formation of Firefly Audio.

With the unwavering support of family and friends, and a very substantial initial investment, Firefly Audio is able to provide an unparalleled service for clients in the Gurnee area. Having performed at some of the most amazing venues in the area such as the Highland Park Country Club, the Winnetka Community House, and the Lake County Discovery Museum, Firefly Audio knows what it takes to meet the high expectations of their clients!

Business Owner

Ron has been DJing since the mid-​90s. His love for music and entertaining led to the creation of Firefly Audio in 2006. Eight years in the Army provided him with great attention to detail and the drive to make sure all bases are covered prior to his events.
