Terrible service. I received my juice and half of the cup was empty! I asked it to be remade and the guy gave me attitude. I paid for it why would it not be full? Absurd. Love the juice, not the service.

Was in the area and looked for a Jamba Juice … Found this one in the mall and of course the parking lot is full. I waited to place my order and the place was not busy. Heard rap music then young kids come from the back. I ordered oatmeal and a Caribbean Passion everything was good and once the young kids did take my order they were nice.

This Jamba Juice really sucks major donkey d*ck. The staff is remedial at best. As I approached the counter to order, the cashier with the brunette hair was seemingly mesmerized by some loud, obnoxious guys and their ghetto mall antics. As they were hoopin’ and hollerin’ at passerbys, she stared at them with a content half-wit smile on her face, completely ignoring that I was there. At this point, I was more than ready to order, but her attention span resembled that of a coked-up ferret as she continued to look on at amazement at the two jackasses. I stood there idly for a few seconds waiting for her to tend to my order, but alas, my expectations seemed too lofty for this dimwitted simpleton. She was too concerned about the primal mate calls of some individuals who probably didn’t make it through high school. Without any patience left, I just started voicing my order, which seemed to snap her back to reality. For some reason unbeknownst to the normal social structure of advanced civilization, her eyes were glued to the hooligans until they were out of sight. FFS, Jamba Juice needs to fire people like this, or at least do a better screening for employees. The juice that she served me was ok, but I wouldn’t expect much more skill from the inattentive bobblehead. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this Jamba Juice. The service sucks too much for me to enjoy some of that sweet, juicy nectar.

So freakin good, I really don’t understand why these stands haven’t popped up all over the place. While we lack Jamba Juice in the Milwaukee metro, Gurnee does not so we always grab a drink while cruising the mall. The menu can be a little confusing, your best bet is to find a smoothie that has the most ingredients you like. If you can’t decide, my fail safe is what I end up ordering the most, fresh squeezed Orange Juice. So tangy, so pulpy and oh so sweet, my mouth waters just thinking about it. Please, Jamba, come to Milwaukee!

Wow, interesting place. Confusing menu, but if you can manage to navigate the menu, you’ll be rewarded with something good to drink. Think I’ll see if I can find one more local to us, I’m not sure I can fairly review it based on a single visit, but I can say that it is good enough that I’ll be trying Jamba Juice again.
