This is your typical, neighborhood bar, pizza place. They have a bar area to your right when you walk in and a small dining area to your left. A lot of the host/waiters are teens. Check their website for daily specials and coupons to use in their Gurnee and Kenosha location. I’ve had their cheese, pepperoni, bbq chicken and sausage. I recommend their bbq chicken if you’re craving for pizza.

This place has really good pizza !!! Also the beer nuggets are really good. I was due for a high-carb meal and this met all my needs. They have all you can eat on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s. They have specials on drinks as well throughout the week. Great choice for a family meal or a lunch with your friends.

Great pizza! Served very hot, very crispy, and with a generous amount of toppings. My favorite thin crust pizza in the area.

First, MARSHA is the best & our go-to gal here. BLT pizza fantastic, started w/nachos w/chicken – good munchies even tho it’s the nacho sauce is in the can. Drinks are poured well here & it’s always a good time. I love hanging in this place. Good bar & bar food.

My daughter, wife and I decided to try Kaiser’s this past weekend. Summary: we loved it. They are very busy and have a large take-out business. I started with a Guinness. We had their beer nuggets as an appetizer. There were not the small pretzel bits I was expecting. It was a dough pie with cheese and seasonings. My wife and daughter loved it. I passed. A bit too heavy for me. For dinner I had the Wings and some onion rings. The wings were really juicy. Done perfect. Wonderful. My wife had the baked potato with pot roast. She loves it. My daughter had the meatball sandwich. She loved it. I thought the meatball was a bit dry. We will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu.

First time eating here. It will NOT be the last! We ordered the Kaiser Special Thin crust with pepperoni added. I have to say that everyone is right, this is the best thin crust pizza I have had in a long time. The pizza was well cooked, the sauce was superb very tasty not over powering and the toppings were extremely plentiful. Service was excellent, Nichole was an excellent server, attentive but not hovering. Yes, we will return to Kaiser’s Pizza & Pub.

I have been coming to this location every or every other week for the past 8 years. The $ 5.95 all you can eat thin crust pizza is a steal(tues. Wed. Thurs). Their pizza is to die for! I highly recommend the white pizza here(olive oil, garlic, mozzarella). The staff are so friendly and fast. I will be coming here for years to come. #KaiserKrew 4 life!

Kaiser’s serves up the best thin crust pizza in Lake County! My favorite is Sausage and Mushroom. For appetizers, I highly recommend the fried green beans or the wings. The atmosphere is casual, sports bar-like. The staff are quite accommodating and friendly, and service is excellent.

One of our favorite pizza places in the greater North Chicago land area. We generally get the thin crust which is crispy and flavorful. Kaiser’s does not skimp on the toppings, I’d say that the pizza toppings are quite generous. In my opinion the interior needs a redecoration– it looks to me like a time warp back to the early 80’s. Tip: Weekends and early evenings there seem to be a good number of families with pre-schoolers; giving the main dining area a Chuck-e-Cheese vibe. If this is unappealing to you, the solution is to ask to be seated in the bar area if possible.

I Unilocaled a pizza place after a recent visit to Six Flags and found Kaiser’s. Thanks so much Unilocal — you’ve done it again. So the pictures don’t look very appealing, but looks must be deceiving, because this was one of the best Chicago thin crust pizzas I’ve ever had. It was nice and crispy, but yet not oily. I don’t know how they do it. The place was packed and so they told us there would be quite a wait. We had a pretty big group, so it was understandable. Also fortunately, the estimated wait was way over estimated. I think we ended up being seated in less than half the time. Definitely worth having Kaiser’s if you’re in the area. Unfortunately for us, we’re nowhere near this area on any regular basis. But if I am up in Gurnee, I would definitely go to Kaiser’s again.

2 stars just for our savior. Me and my husband stopped here on our way back to Chicago from Milwaukee. We ordered chicken sausage pizza(thin crust) and a chicken sandwich. So, after 30 – 40 minutes, when we were almost about to faint of hunger pangs, our pizza arrived with sandwich. The pizza was the hardest thing to chew especially the sides. The sandwich was ok type. at least better than the pizza. My first and last experience

I was lost, tired, hungry and I just left the Brat Stop pissed at the dingbat waitress that said she needed to seat us in an empty bar! That being said. I saw the lit up sign on a dark road that said pizza and I was sold! The bartender was fantastic. Brittany wasn’t supposed to work Saturday night and of course it was dead just for her. She told us that she was in a bad mood up front. But I told her that I would eat and drink everything that she put in front of me and buss my own spot when I was finished. She as well as a few regulars kept us entertained. Now for the pie. Razor thin crust, lots of cheese and meat. Full of flavor. It was a wonderful cap to a fantastic day.

We have been here a few times before, however this was the worst time so far. Not only were we getting overcharged this time around, but the waitress was a little upset with us because we were asking about the prices on drinks(liquor, beer, and chocolate milk). When our pizza did finally come out(47 minutes later) it came out burnt around all of the edges and wasn’t even cut throw all the way. I immediately asked the waitress and she had a look on her face, so I asked her to have her manager come over to talk to him about it, and he was really cool about it and took it back to get cut again. How many of you actually wonder what happened for the 5 – 6 minutes that it took for the pizza to come back??? Exactly. We were going to make this our regular place after volleyball on Tuesday’s, but maybe not anymore. Just so you know, there was 8 of us there with more on the way, and we ordered 5 different pizzas and they were all burnt around the edges. When I got up to use the restroom and looked at everyone else’s pizza, NOBODY else’s pizza was anywhere near being extra done like all of ours were. Was this a revenge move from the waitress because we were asking prices at the beginning when we were all ordering our drinks? I don’t know, but you would think that a business would do whatever it took to make sure that the customer would never see its bad side, especially like burnt pizza when in fact that is what they are supposed to be very good at not doing. I will let you know later if in fact any of us get sick later. Which I hope not. And as far as this review being either positive or negative, I would list it as neutral and report again next week. I would say this is our 5th or 6th time visiting here as we are somewhat locals.

Lots of comments below say that this is the best thin crust pizza, and you should totally believe them. I haven’t had any of the thin crust pizzas, but if the double decker(«deep dish») pizza is any indicator, they’re probably right. When I dream about deep dish pizza, either kaisers or pequods appears(note: I live in hyde park, so this place is a bit of a trip for me or else I’d come here every day). The crust on the deep dish here is moist with the perfect amount of crunch. It’s braided a bit so you get this amazing contrast in texture when you bite into the crush. The pizza itself is oh my delicious. When I came here, I got a large double decker with spinach, sliced tomatoes, and giardinera to share between 3 people(note: we all love pizza). We had about ¼ left over, which I took home. I got the same pizza when I came the second time and ordered a larger size so I had more to take home. They also have TVs so you can watch your favorite sports game while eating this beautiful pizza. When you reheat this pizza at home, the perfectness of the crust remains. This pizza truly is a gift.

#1 Thin Crust Pizza After reading all the reviews from some of my Unilocal friends and our son recommending this place for their pizza we had to finally try them out. We went on a Thursday evening which happens to be All-U-Can Eat thin crust pizza for only $ 5.95. We grabbed a seat in the bar area where they have some high tables where you can eat right there. I ordered myself a Guinness as we placed an order for beer nuggets as an appetizer. These things are pretty damn tasty. They are made out of their pizza dough and then baked in olive oil seasoned with garlic, oregano and Romano cheese. You could probably make an entire meal out of them but then you would miss out on some of the best if not the best thin crust pizza you might ever have. Each of us ordered a small(10″) pizza with our favorite topping on it. I went with a sausage pizza, my wife went with her usual pepperoni, onion and green pepper pizza while our son went with the BLT pizza. Yep you read that right, a Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato pizza. It was simply amazing, not because bacon makes everything taste better but because it was a BLT pizza. We ate the BLT up so fast that we ended up ordering a second one. The crust was nearly perfect as it is light and crispy. We all enjoyed each of the pizzas that we ordered but the one that stood out for me was the BLT. This place is quaint and pretty easy to get to. It was a great time with great food and Brittney who is the bartender/server took care of us throughout the night and made sure that we were taken care of. The service was fantastic. I don’t know how you could go wrong coming here. I now need to rethink my pizza scores going forward because this place just took the #1 spot for thin crust pizza. Tips: 1 — This place is located almost at the furthest North end of Milwaukee Ave(Rt 21) in Gurnee. 2 — Try the Beer Nuggets. 3 — Tuesday — Thursday are All-U-Can Eat thin crust pizza for $ 5.95 each. 4 — Menu —
