This store is great !! I have never left empty handed. They carry mostly designer label. I love when they bring there furs in !!! I love that I can pay my bill there and not drive to Northbrook. Thanks for being close to my house !!

Go here to try to score a deal on designer label but in most cases, you’ll be hard pressed to find something worth shelling out several hundreds of dollars, as sizes are especially limited and in some cases, you’ll find a random tear, snag, or lipstick/dirt mark on the garment. Service is haphazard at best. Sometimes fantastic(i.e. friendly, courteous), while, as most recently experienced, a total mess. Be mindful of the older woman cashier at the jewelry counter with the glasses. Condescending with a real attitude — and it should have been a simple check out process. Hi, thank you, good bye. I’d stop by again if I am in the area again, but I would avoid this particular associate like the plague — there are much friendlier associates that work here.

If you are a Neiman’s shopper or a designer hound, then you will love Last Call in Gurnee. You will know the legendary discounts that happen when Neiman’s holds its periodic Last Call sales. You know that you can save 40−60% off retail prices when these occur. The Last Call outlet in Gurnee has changed quite a bit over the years and the quality of the merchandise in the store has greatly improved. For both men and women, access to the highest lines of merchandise is now available. From Chanel and Alexander McQueen for women to Tom Ford and Brioni for men, overstock finds its way on the racks at Gurnee Mills. Since the parent company also owns Bergdorf Goodman, you’ll find items from the New York City flagship here as well. The store really offers 60−80+% off Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman retail. Short of Barneys, these are the most expensive department stores in the country. You normally pay for brand names. I got a $ 400 Prada sweater for $ 80. I wouldn’t spend $ 80 on a sweater at Target or Banana Republic or Macy’s at retail, but I would if it originally cost $ 400 or more. I bought a $ 2200 Gucci suit for $ 450. The people who work there are also very nice and helpful. If you come in often enough, they’ll ask you for your favorite brands and call you when they come in. They will also call you or email you to let you know in advance for sales with special shopping hours. There are additional discounts to be gained by joining their rewards program because they’ll send you coupons for any one regularly priced item for 35% off or other special deals. In addition to clothing, accessories, shoes and leather goods, they also have jewelry, housewares and furniture. I’ve found many jewelry gifts here for dear friends at deep discounts. They carry John Hardy, David Yurman, Alexis Bittar and the list goes on. Merchandise changes frequently so you have to visit in order to find the best selection. However, you simply can’t find this much high end clothing anywhere else in the north shore. It’s a great store for designer discount sleuths.

I can’t say enough postive about Last Call. If looking for general desinger, upscale designer or couture clothes, they have it and the prices are more often than not, fantastic. With all online, telephone and sale price — all of which can be combined, I got an Oscar de la Renta $ 3300 dress for $ 225.00. A classic beauty I’ll wear forever. I buy almost all my clothes that are expected to endure at this store. I’ve never found better deals anywhere else!

Last Call is a bad thing at a bar and it’s not much better here!!! The signs in the store say 65% off… of what number? I’d hate to see what full price was! This place is like a Marshall’s but take the price tag and times it by 8! For example, a $ 19.95 Kenneth Cole Shirt at Marshall’s is $ 160.00 here! What a rip off! They had a nice pair of Kenneth Cole Shoes that I bought last year for the same price I bought them last year at DSW! Where is this 65% off you speak of? That full price seems to be holding up pretty well. I honestly kind of laughed as I looked at the men’s clothes because there were no good deals here at all. One area that cracked me up was the furniture area because every piece had signs that warned you not to sit or rest on them. Ummm how am I going to see if I want to buy it if I can’t sit in it. I did sit in this amazing bar stool that was originally $ 3300 and marked down to $ 1500 and that was just the price for one stool. It was very sweet. I think I would never leave the bar that had these stools for seats. I thought it was a little ridiculous to have all these signs on furniture you are trying to get rid off. There was a cute table I wanted for my patio but it was $ 250 and had the life scratched out of it. They had placed a bowl over the top to hide it. If it was $ 50 I would have probably bought it with the scratches. Do not believe the deals here because it is all an illusion!!! Neiman Markup sets the price and tells you it’s 65% off, after they raised it by 80%…I added that last part but it seems like the truth. Good luck finding a deal here because I didn’t see anything at all that was worth it.

I’ve been shopping here since they first opened a couple years ago and I LOVE the fact that they recently remodeled it to have its own entrance so that you don’t have to trek it through the worst mall in IL to get here! The prices are a little steep but its designer wear not forever 21, plus theyre constantly having sales!

I purchase 2 items online I was excited i talk to a #1 customer service rep the same day in she said my order was already processing and i will receive them on Tues. I was happy nice shipping time. however i received an email saying your order has been cancelled. I was confused as i had already talked to a customer service rep who stated my orders was going to be shipped to me. so i decided to call and ask i just did not understand this. customer service rep #2 she was unprofessional and insensitive told me that the people at the store made a mistake and the item was out of stock. still confused and frustrated I requested a#3 manger so i was put on hold. The manger was the same i was surprised she keep saying she think it may have been something wrong the purse and tried reassuring buy mentioning that this happens to other customers wow!!! so at this point which story is it out of stock or defects??? I really couldn’t get a word in with her i almost felt like i did something wrong or it was my fault as a customer at this point i ask to speck to someone head of here because i just couldn’t believe that Neiman Marcus customer service is this unprofessional. she offered a discount however there’s was not a good selection for me i found one bag that i liked but i would have to spend over a hundred with discount so i just decided to think about it. #4 i called back to speak the manger she was not available so i ended up talking to another customer service rep i have to me honest he was better i told him the story he said we really don’t know what happened with purse to make a long story short. I’m all about customer service i understand things like this can happen but its how you handle it and to keep business coming. i will be returning the other item i purchase previously and i will not be doing business Its about customer service no matter what price range and bringing more customers i still shocked because i have order from other sites not as high end as Neiman Marcus and received Awesome Customer Service. I have wrote down all the names of people i talked to I’m still unhappy unsatisfied. As a frequent shopper on line i will not be doing business again with Neiman Marcus.

I got $ 800 Marni shoes here for just under $ 100. Mmm, enough said. Sign up for their emails… They always send out 40% off one item emails and… Hold the phone… It can be combined with a clearance discount! Hence, my spectacular deal. Sometimes, they’re a little light on merch, but I chalk it up them just selling it all too quickly.

Nice merchandise, but not that many sales going on.
