Our 1^st store opened in Skokie in 2010. Our Gurnee location opened in 2012. Although we started with the idea of providing the least expensive cigarettes, we have expanded to a full service head shop.

You know, I used to really like this places. Low prices, good selection, friendly staff. They even had a cat! Can’t beat that. But recently, they’ve raised their prices and they’ve hired some new staff that are pretty awful. Poor customer service and pretty inconsiderate to the customers. Didn’t give me warm fuzzies. Will probably avoid them for friendlier head shops.

Very reasonable prices, bad ass staff, and the store is pet friendly. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the amount of selection that’s available. Definitely a great place to go to get any of your tobacco hookah and other needs.

Came in to get nag champa incense. They had 2 sizes, small and large, and the larger one was marked $ 2.50. They were all out of the large boxes so I decided to go with the small, but the price wasn’t marked. So what does the guy do? Charge me $ 2.50. How does that make sense? I tried to show him how, logically, it made no sense to charge me the same price for half the product, but he refused to listen.
I know we’re talking about $ 2 here, but the point is that I don’t appreciate the way they do business. Otherwise, the selection of products isn’t too shabby.

Don’t ever buy vape cigarettes here! I bought a vape cigarette here for almost $ 80 and found out that the one i got was kinda the generic version although it works well. But if u guys are looking to purchase a vape cigarette, go to the real vape stores and they only cost around $ 25-$ 60 depending on what king of battery u prefer. Anyway, they dont do returns so i had to keep my generic version. I could’ve gotten a really good vape cigarette for that $ 80 i wasted in this bogus store
