History

Established in 1999.

Since its inception, Quest has dedicated itself to maximizing real estate asset value through its development of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the Maryland, Virginia and Ohio area. Quest has grown throughout the years to presently hold and manage 3,100 apartment units as well as a commercial center in our target area. Quest has entered into joint venture agreements with strategic partners on projects in other regions to capitalize on opportunities in new markets. The objective is to continuously look to expand and diversify these current holdings and continually look for new investment opportunities.
