It is very hard to find good dentist. I went through many trials and finally was very lucky to met Dr. Alice L. Ye who runs A H Dental Center at Hacienda Heights. A friend referred her to me. I also read other patients raving about her expertise at other online forum discussing good local doctor.
Before her, no dentist I called or visited was much willing or able to help with my dental problem. I had biting problem on one tooth that caused jaw joint pain and literally I couldn’t open my mouth to put food in. It was a miserable and scary situation. It got worse and worse since I couldn’t find a doctor who was willing to treat it. I believed they thought anything more than filling cavities was too risky for their clinic.
Dr. Ye treated it as an emergency case. She immediately fixed the biting problem. My symptom was relieve so much since the next day. She is so knowledgeable and incredibly patient and nice, explaining every detail of the procedure, materials, causes, results, … any question you have about your dental and teeth health. It was very easy to talk to her. It made me feel very well informed and comfortable. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients. At the same time, she can handle cases very efficiently.
Her private clinic is a full service clinic. From deep cleaning, fixing biting problems, bracing, whitening… her clinic provides a full range of service. I realized this is very important as many dental problems are related.
