doc did not show up … the ladies in the front office were very dismissive when i expressed my concerns /​displeasure. so that was enough to make me find another dr …

Its my first time here. ive been waiting for more then 2 hrs. regular patients are asking am i gonna be out of here in less thn 4 hrs… omg like really why over book your patients its not very professional. oh and the front office girl nicole she has the most horrible attitude and gets her patients confused. i dont recomend this dr at all

I looked at the reviews on this site and they were very helpful as I have a referral from my Dr. After reading the reviews I decided to call with an open mind and would then decide for myself if I would make an appointment.
A girl named Nicole answered and honestly she was so pleasant and I told her I had read reviews so I knew to come prepared for a long wait. I have had Dr. in the past that ws over scheduled but very good Dr. I just come with starbucks and a good book. I think that sometimes our experiences have everything to do with our attitudes and not that waiting for two hours is fun but it doesn’t have to make us so angry.
I went in with a open attitude and my experience with booking an Appt was Delightful! Before you let these reviews scare you off please call office and find out for yourself. I will review again after my Appt. Which BTW I couldn’t get for over a month (I will be patient)

Expect at least 2 hours wait. Took my mom here for a check up. Doctor did not show up until 11 am (2 hours late from the first appointment). Other patients in the lobby also mentioned this doctor has never been on time. Can you trust a doctor who’s never on time to his appointments?

Came in here for the first time after I was referred by my primary physician for additional evaluation of my symptoms. The office is nice, location easy to find with good amount of parking. The wait time, horrible. I waited for almost two hours to be seen. I had a 5pm appointment and was not seen until 630−640pm. Dr. Li, once he came in, he was nice, he didn’t introduce himself, discussed my symptoms but was a rushed. I was the last patient. He told me what I needed to do and then told his assistant or office manager/​nurse follow up instructions with me. He seemed in a hurry to leave, I get it, I want to go too but not my fault, I am last. anyway, he did address my symptoms and seems like a good, knowledgeable doctor and took the appropriate measures to follow up. I am knocking off the two star because of the wait time and the rushed appointment after waiting that long.

I was referred to this office by my primary care physician and I just called to make an appointment, but once the receptionist found out that I don’t have insurance and would be paying cash, her attitude totally changed, and her voice tone became rude and condescending when she told me that they don’t take cash patients. Even when I get insurance in the future, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR BASED ON HIS TERRIBLY RUDE STAFF.
