Dr. Chao is the best DDS I’ve ever had. I did a couple patches, cleanings, and removed one teeth in different visits. She did the work quick and clean. She gave me advises nicely and patiently. I referred her to be my family dentist and to my friends. They all had the same experience: nice, gentle, yet conferrable process and knowledgable advises.

Been coming to this office since I was a kid. used to see her dad and now Shirley’s my dentist. She is very thorough but yet gentle. My whole family comes here for dental services and never had any issues. Clean facility.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Chao and her husband Dr. Liu for 10 years. Great dental care and professional services to say the least. Dr. Chao is great with kids, too. I take my 27 month-​old to Dr. Chao for quick checkups and she does not charge at all. I definitely recommend Dr. Chao for you dental care!

I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist, but Shirley is so gentle and caring, she’s always able to put me at ease. Beware, it’s hard to get an appt, especially if you’re like me and can only go on the weekend/

Dr. Chao has been my dentist for over a decade and I won’t see anyone else (I’ve even lived in Chicago and now DC and still go to her for my semi-​annual checkups). She’s very thorough but also gentle, and always checks during exams to make sure I’m OK. I’m also comfortable with asking her any questions I may have because I know she’s very honest and straightforward and won’t have me do something I don’t need to. A good dentist is hard to find, and I absolutely recommend Dr. Chao — you may have to book a couple weeks in advance but it’s worth it.
