They are amatuer therapists. If you want complete professional care from your entrance to the last minute of therapy, go to another facility like HSS. This facility will waste your time and money. I do not recommend Alliance for anything other than using the locker rooms — and, they don’t clean the locker room or showers so use the toilet at your own risk.

The people here know exactly what to do to get you back on your feet. Friendly family sorta vibes start to develop and that just helps with the recovery. Highly recommend them.
