I respect the knowledge and experience that Dr. Robert Angels has, however this review pertains to his staff. I went to see Dr. Angels who was truly great about explaining all the details to me. The issue was the staff member that was attending the patients. I was instructed to have an MRI and was told I would be contacted. After a week in half, I called the Dr.‘s office. The staff member would state she sent it, however every time I called she would change the date on when she sent it. I called twice to speak to the doctor, with no return calls. It was getting ridiculous, my husband appeared at the office and waited to speak with the doctor. While he was waiting, he overheard the staff member calling the MRI office to schedule my MRI. The doctor has no idea what I was experiencing or that I had called. Its poor management, poor staff relations and more importantly, poor customer service.
