At Aretsky Law Group, P.C., in Ridgewood, New Jersey, we understand families because we are one. Founded as a mother, son, and daughter firm in 1991, our practice is focused on providing full service family law representation to families in transition. We are committed to helping protect our client’s rights and interests as they work through divorce, child custody, alimony, and other issues related to property settlement agreements.

Manager

With a well-​respected reputation in the legal community, Mr. Aretsky is a compassionate yet aggressive litigator who has helped many clients obtain favorable outcomes in their cases. A dedicated family man himself, Mr. Aretsky is also dedicated to helping his clients and their families through tough times and legal crises. In recognition of his accomplishments as a New Jersey divorce lawyer, Mr. Aretsky was featured in 201 Magazine.

Mr. Aretsky has been practicing law since 1991. After earning his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 1990, Mr. Aretsky served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Bergen County, for the Honorable Conrad W. Krafte. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association (Family Law Committee) and New Jersey State Bar Association (Member, Family Law Section).
