History

Established in 1982.

Brothers Carpet and Flooring started in 1982 by George and Steve with doing residential cleaning and carpet installation. Over the years we’ve added wood floor, ceramic floor and have moved into high-​end commercial installation in properties like Valley Hospital, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Columbia University, Audi Stickley Furniture and many many others. Though we have been blessed with growth over all these years we maintain a showroom in Hackensack that serves the residential carpet and flooring selections for those here in Bergen County — and we love our customers! George Venarchik and partner Steve Mandaro were working there own seperate little business when they had an opportunity to partner on a what was then a large project that worked out beautifully for the customer, for their employees and everyone involved. That was February of 1982! One thing led to another and Steve and George are working together today and are still the first ones at work in the morning!
