Dan and crew have taken care of all of my electronics for 9 years now. Dan is keeping my irreplaceable Luxman receiver on life support, but has only charged for the initial repair from 2 years ago. It’s trying to die, but he won’t let it. Top marks for a guy who makes you feel more like a friend than just a customer.

Nice guy. Called me back quickly and made it easy for me to drop it off. unfortunately he had to give me the bad news that my 4 year old $ 400 TV had fried it’s picture tube, but no charge for the diagnosis. When I stopped by (as i was driving by his place after hours and saw the light was on) he even insisted on putting the screws back in so I could take it home and helped me put it in the car.
