Established in 1997.

The firm was started by Glenn Reiser and Carmine LoFaro in 1997. The firm is designed to assist small to midsize businesses in a variety of legal matters, including bankruptcy & creditors’ rights, corporate law & transactions, debt collection, foreclosure and asset recovery, Internet law, and complex litigation in state & federal courts.

Business Owner

Glenn Reiser is a life-​long New Jersey resident who has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1990. Mr. Reiser’s expertise in the areas of bankruptcy and foreclosure enable the firm to be an effective advocate for clients in state & federal courts.

Mr. Reiser received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1987. In 1990, Mr. Reiser received his juris doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of law in Newark, New Jersey.

Mr. Reiser is married and has 3 children.
